Went into the store today to get a new phone and had the pleasure of being assisted by Keith. He was extremely knowledgeable and thorough. Took his time explaining everything and answering any questions I had, while being personable and professional. Great experience.

Alexander, the manager at the Commack Verizon location, was so patient and friendly with my daughter and me. We were there for over an hour with cell phone questions and a few other miscellaneous Verizon questions. He never rushed us, nor did he leave to work with other customers. He was extremely knowledgeable about all things Verizon and made many valuable suggestions that helped our visit. I highly recommend anyone looking for a sales rep, ask for Alexander.

My family and I worked with Mr Jalil last night and were so thankful for his time and expertise. We traded in/upgraded three phones and he was patient, explained everything, helped us set up our new devices and even helped us save money on our current Verizon bill. We recommend him highly!

Five star review to Sam and Liam for their excellent customer service. I was the victim of fraud and had bogus charges on my bill. Both gentlemen discovered the problem and helped rectify it in a professional, timely manner. Their compassion and action were outstanding.

We had a great experience at this store. We have been coming here for years simply because it is close to home but never got service like we did this time. Liam was a patient, helpful, and courteous salesman. As he helped my wife and me, he talked to my three kids, making them a part of the sales process. I recently went to the Verizon store on jerchio tpk in the Mayfair Shopping Center. The sales man Huss was excellent! I had to make some corrections on my account and he was great! He was very knowledgeable, friendly, and patient with my questions. This store is the BEST!

I had a fantastic experience at this Verizon store while looking to add a new phone and line to my plan, as well as upgrade my own phone. Mike, the salesman who helped me, could not have been nicer and more helpful! He was patient and answered all of my questions and was able to get me a great deal on adding a line and getting a phone for my kid. I would definitely recommend this location, and specifically Mike, if you’re looking to add or upgrade in the most financially reasonable way. Very helpful staff! Much appreciated!
