Great service. The food came out fast and hot. Very well prepared.

This was my first time eating at Checkers. Over all, I had a good experience. The burgers were fresh and had a good flavor. The fries tasted very good and fresh. My only complaint is I ordered a small cheeseburger and was supposed to come with mustard and ketchup and no pickle. Instead, it came plain. I would definitely eat here again. 🙂

Fresh & hot food, good customer service, didn't take all day. Those are 3 things that KILL fast food places when not done properly. This place was not having any of that foolishness. They executed everything swiftly and friendly. I'll be back when I pass through the area next time.

Checkers is a diamond in the ruff. This was the first time there and I have to say it was amazing. We went through the drive through and the woman who took our oder was magnificent. Looking through the window it inside was immaculate. The food was fresh and delicious. The service was fast and the prices were fare. We definitely rate it a 11 out of 10! This is our new go to burger joint 😋

We just moved to Jackson and have eaten here 3 of 4 times.. every time the food and service have been spot on perfect.. It's definitely my favorite place here.. knowing the food/ service will be on key will bring me back..

Checker's remains by far the easiest and fastest drive-through experiences in Jackson . While the service can be a little rough around the edges, they have the most important quality that restaurants must possess if they hope to retain customer satisfaction and loyalty, and that quality is consistency.

Throughout even the most difficult circumstances (like the Pandemic,) they remained not only open, but stayed true to their posted hours. That fact alone was enough to earn my loyalty. It's called integrity, doing what you say you're going to do. Because of this fact, I never question whether or not they'll be open when it's late at night and I'm starving. Instead I can actually rely on them to be there when they say they are, a concept that most businesses either don't understand, or know little about.

The food is pretty darn good as well. Their fries are some of the best available. The menu is fairly limited, but they have certainly perfected what they serve. They always have a special when you're looking for something a little different. Presently, they have a fried mushroom burger which is delicious. And don't forget dessert. The ice-cream is awesome!

As one of the few restaurants that actually stay open past 9pm, they are undeniably the best choice for late night dining when you're looking for something quick and easy. Great job. Keep up the great work!

This place has what people in the food service business calls the three Fs of fast food: Fast, Friendly, and Fresh shoot I'd say this place calls for a 4th F for Flavorful the food was delicious I will definitely be returning to this location!

Everytime I go there the food is fresh, it's very clean and the food is always delicious...the fries are hands down best I've ever had.

Very reasonable burger joint have enjoyed almost everything I've had they make great shakes and the funnel fries although there's not enough in the packet are fabulous

My boyfriend had never a Checker's burger. He was pleasantly surprised! He loved it! They definitely have great burgers and fries! We both agree!!!

Employees are hard working, dedicated, most polite to customers!! Make you feel welcome here! Not just a drive-in place to eat, they take pride in what they cook for you and are awesome at doing so!! Food is ALWAYS EXCELLENT!! I highly recommend eating here! 💯✌🏻💪🏻

I would give this place 6 stars if I could. The employees all deserve a raise. They are fast, polite, and knowledgeable. My food is always made fresh (or so it seems) and no matter how many cars are in front of me or what time of the day or night it is I have my order in my hands in five minutes or less. From the bottom of my heart, yall are awesome.
