And willing to go lengths for her customer's satisfaction. I was having a problem with my business account and she troubleshooted it with what she knew about the business aspects and then went great lengths with tech support and through multiple tech support reps hanging up
On us she still remained hopeful of a positive outcome. Thankfully to her and the woman we ended up on the phone with for the third time we were able to get my business account fixed and working properly she truly is a gem 💎

I couldn't be happier with the service I received during my recent visit to Verizon at Lisbon Landing. Justin, the associate who helped us showed great alacrity, no sign of impatience or irritation at my lack of technological ability and knowledge. I had lost my phone and was distressed, Justin explained all my options to protect my information and secure a new phone and walked me through the process. Beyond having a great personality, he was highly knowledgeable and adept with technology. He's the whole package!

My husband and I just purchased two phones from Marvin at the Lisbon store. We are very happy with the excellent service we received. All of our contents was transferred from our old phones to the new ones without any hassels. We highly recommend Marvin for your cell service needs. Thanks Marvin!

Kim at the Lisbon location was absolutely incredible! He don’t think I have ever had better service from someone. Completely helpful, fully informational, and was extremely caring of and about customers. She made me feel welcomed, and was very patient!

Kim was absolutely amazing! We first spoke on the phone before coming into the store to purchase 3 new phones. Kim greeted us with a welcoming smile. She explained all options, including all promotions in detail, with exteme patience to us. I was so impressed with the level of professionalism, knowledge, kindness, patience and service she provided to not only us but to the new customers walking through the door. Although already busy setting up 3 phones, tablets, watches, she continued to welcome new customers with such a calming helpful voice. Kim is what all employers hope for in an employee, she made our transition to new devices so easy. I will definitely recommend Kim to all of my friends and family. It was finally time for an upgrade and was looking at the iPhone 15 Pro, but didn't want to pay a fortune for it. Went into Verizon, met Kim, and asked her if there were any promotions. She was super patient with me, went through my current plan, asked about what services I currently use (Apple One, streaming services, etc), and she showed me how I'd save money upgrading my plan and switching all my streaming services over to Verizon. And the best part is, I got a massive trade-in value on my old phone to put towards the new one by upgrading my plan! Highly recommend going in the store instead of just doing everything online - they'll make sure you get the best deal possible!

Great experience! We went in on a Saturday for a new phone. Kim was working alone that day. Kim was very professional, and took care of everyone's requests. Very friendly and very knowledgeable about the products. I would recommend this store, and Kim!

Lisbon, CT store visit. I wanted to thank Justin who helped my daughter and I with purchase of her new iPhone and Although it was not my intent to update my Samsung phone I ended up doing so because of Justin's call out on the reasons why it was a good time of year to do this and that I would save money on my bill. He is probably one of the best salespeople I've come across because he is not pushy, extremely knowledgeable and is a great listener. He exemplifies what I expect when I go into a store to get help but but Rarely find People like him (emphasis added)
