I went to the fox valley T-mobile yesterday, I was curious about having the music changed of something that I like to listen to. Asking won’t hurt so I have asked the employee can I changed the music ? He of course said yes the music have to be clean. I have placed old school temptations…… the little things matters to me because he did not have to let me change the music and said absolutely not 🤣

I wanted to thank Javier for helping me in upgrading my plan and getting a new phone. He was very informative and detailed about what I will be paying and what the upgrade and new phone includes. He basically made the whole process very easy. I was very happy walking out of that store with my new phone!

Visited this TMobile outlet to trade in and get a new device. Steven here was very patient with questions we had and helped us with our purchase. Overall experience was very satisfying.

I can not thank Ashley enough for helping us with the switch from AT&T. She was so friendly and helpful. Its a process when you switch providers but this was worth it. Not only did she stay past 8 as we waited for the phones to update, but we had issues after leaving and she personally called my husband to get my phone working because there was a glitch. She deserves employee of the year. Thank you so much Ashley. We appreciate it.

Christine patiently worked with us for over 45 minutes to get my daughter's new apple watch setup. She called tech support and continued to work on the issue until resolution. Thanks Christine for excellent customer service.

I'm a part of a family plan and we all needed to switch from Sprint to T-Mobile, as well as upgrade our phones. Roxxy and Jose both fielded all of our questions efficiently, got three of the four phones transferred over smoothly, and ordered the fourth one (the store didn't have the specific iPhone I was looking for in stock) that showed up at my house 24 hours later (Roxxy also made sure to explain to me exactly what I'd need to do to set it up when the phone did arrive). The customer service was outstanding, and it was a great first impression for the transition into T-Mobile! Well done!

Stephanie was amazing. As soon as I walked into the store she greeted us and helped me with a new phone, transferring all of my information and even setting up my iwatch. She was so patient with my son the entire time even when he got fussy. She would help us and at the same time continued to greet every guest that came in and made sure they were assisted timely. Coming back here if I need any other help in the future.

Some history: I came into this fine location with a giant problem. T-mobile (corporate side) completely messed up and overcharged me before the bill was due. They said it fell into an 'odd crack' within the system. I was buying a few thousand worth of phones & T-mobile (corporate side) boggled up exchanges, etc. I had SEVERAL calls that lasted HOURS as customer service tried to navigate through their terrible notes and make matters worse. (I was not a happy customer.)

Now for this location: I was buying a new phone and went into this fine location on a Saturday morning to pick it up. After meeting with Roxxie and Elizabeth, who understood the issue--- they were able to help navigate through t-mobile's inner-corporate, nonsensical protocol to make it customer friendly. They worked together to get me a refund and resolve the 'rare' issues. I truly appreciated their help. Thanks to Jose' & Stephanie for lending their skills on their day off to resolve the issue.

I want to thank Javier who helped me to get 2 watches and trade my phone. He made the whole process so easy and pleasant. I am really bad with technology and every time when i need a new phone I am terrified. Javier did everything and beyond you can imagine to transfer al my data and set up everything for me. He is so polite and patient. I can't find enough words to thank him-he is truly amazing. Javier thank you for the amazing experience. I wish all the people in the world to be so nice as you! Nice store. I came here to upgrade my cellphone. They were very helpful and took care of my needs.

Today I had a wonderful experience at this store. I got a new phone about a month ago and since day 1 have had major text messaging issues. Over the last month I went to 4 stores to try to get the issues resolved.
While I did get some suggestions and some help, no one spent the time or energy to fix things. Today Cindy Saavedra and Jose (I think the store manager) spent a lot of time and energy and resolved the issues. I ended up needing a new Sim card which no one else had suggested. I soooooo appreciated their wonderful customer service!!

Karla is the best. She fixed an issue with two of our lines. I spent all day yesterday with customer support and also going to another store and no one knew what the issue was. Thanks Karla so much. You are a tru professional.

Phone damaged and needed replaced. Stephanie took great care of me then helped me with a billing issue. Very please with service at this location once again.

Robert is one of the best sales people I have had the pleasure in dealing with. It was a tough and awkward scenario why I was in the store but he made me feel comfortable. His patience was out of this world, there was a couple of hiccups but he handled it with care and nothing was stopping him from getting me a phone and my same number ! Which my same number was extremely important to me. I will continue going back to this store! Thank you Robert!!!!
