Customer service is top notch! Sabrina was super helpful and friendly. She helped me pick the perfect shoe and fitment for my needs. Their shoes aren't cheap, but neither is the quality. Time will tell for sure, but I am confident in my purchase!

Impeccably clean! Best service! Bonnie helped us, she has been working at this location for over thirty years. We found exactly what we were looking for thanks to her help, she was so kind and thoughtful and helped us find the right size shoe and even put them on and off comfortably with the shoe horn. You don't get service like this elsewhere!

AMAZING customer service! I arrived a couple of minutes after they opened, was greeted at the door. The employee asked me what I was looking for and I told her that I work on my feet all day and have been experiencing lower back pain. She asked me for what kind of shoes do I wear at work and showed me a great selection of casual work shoes to choose from. After picking a couple of pairs, the employee measured my feet and since I was in between sizes, brought out multiple sizes to find the best fit. After finding a pair that I absolutely loved, I was disappointed to find out that they were out in my size but the employee offered to order them for me. I enjoyed my visit and will definitely be back to purchase more shoes from here. And even though the employee who was assisting me at the time had another customer she was helping out, she was as always available whenever I needed help or had a question. I was in and out within 10-15 minutes.
I have been recommending these to all my coworkers and I will encourage anybody who is looking for a comfortable pair of shoes to come visit this location

There is a reason SAS has withstood the test of time in this old Humble shopping center; they have the absolute best customer service and the best shoes. I just took my legally blind 80 year old mother here, who is used to buying cheap shoes. I wanted her in something healthy and supportive. She balked at the price point at first, and I explained that these shoes were durable, supportive, and would last her for years... best of all, they are mostly made here in Texas. She came for one pair of brown shoes and walked out with 4 pair of new shoes and a nice leather purse. Couldn't be happier to have my Mom in good quality shoes!

I arrived 1 minute before closing and was expecting to be asked to come back tomorrow. I explained to Mrs. Dorthy what my issue was and she locked the doors and proceeded to help me find the perfect shoe, all the while being kind and respectful. Mrs. Dorthy is the reason I will be back to purchase shoes in the future, and I work for a major airline here in Houston that will be hearing all about SAS and Mrs. Dorthy!
