Sheena, the store manager, is so nice! She did a great job helping me. Was so kind and funny. Mattress Firm has been so good to me as a customer. I am so satisfied with my continued experience with them. The bed is great and the service is even better. Thank you Sheena and the Smithtown and Commack stores.

Sales people were fantastic. Very kind and easy to work with. Helped me pick the perfect mattress for my needs. Joe and Sheena were fantastic to work with. In home delivery was easy and treated with courtesy and respect like the sale was. Would definitely go back and get another mattress from them

Highly recommended!! Our sales person Nick took his time to show us all the different mattress that the store had and had such a great attitude even when we didn’t like something. He is very knowledgeable about all the different mattress that were on display. Thank You Nick!! Excellent service! Sheena was very personable and didn’t try to push more expensive mattress’ on us, which is one thing that I hate about salespeople. She found the perfect mattress for us that meets all of our needs. Personable and not pushy sales people! I would highly recommend this store!

This Mattress Firm was the best we have ever been to. Nick Rizos was the best salesman. He did not overstep his boundaries and did not try to oversell me on anything I didn’t want. He also clearly knows his craft and was very knowledgeable, since he walked me through the pros and cons of each mattress we tested out.

Nick went above and beyond for my wife and I to make sure we got the best mattress possible. We are so happy with our mattress and we will return to this Mattress Firm in the future when it is time for a new one.

My wife and I stopped by a few weeks ago to see our options on a mattress for a guest room, we then continued to look at other retailers.
Long story short we returned to purchase at Mattress Firm in Smithtown and after a short while made a deal and more importantly made some new friends. Staff is friendly, knowledgeable and very willing to do what was needed to close the deal. We all walked away happy with our agreement.

Maya was wonderful. She and Nick listened to what we wanted and had us try a variety of mattresses per our specs. Both were very congenial and knowledgeable

Nicolas in the Smithtown location Was amazing! I had an issue ordering a mattress online for a rental location. He helped me and was so accommodating! Highly recommend seeing him.

I had the best experience buying a mattress at the Smithtown store. Nick was extremely knowledgeable, patient and helpful in helping me make my choice. Tfw only issue is with the company itself that they didn’t have more mattresses with the newer bases and options to compare in mattresses with different firmnesses.
