Dunkin'

With only two baristas on clock 6 this morning, the service was the fastest I've experienced compared to a location with a full staff! Was clean, organized. Freshly served since it was opening for the day. Polite and accommodating, sweet cashier's wearing gloves and masks of course. Too bad it's an hour away from home or it'd be my new morning stop!

Stopped by through their drive-thru to grab an ice coffee. I ordered a medium ice coffee french vanilla cream and sugar. It was made perfectly the way I like. Made my mid afternoon that much better.

Clean store with very friendly staff. Our orders were made as ordered. The coffee was hot and fresh.

Today I was having a terrible day, picked up my car from the mechanic and boom it stalled out right in the drive through… The 2 young ladies came out and helped me push the car in the pouring down rain… and came out and delivered my coffee to me. This was such a kind gesture, and you ladies made my day a little better! Thank you so much!!

Super long line but the staff at Duncan worked so well together and all seemed polite and friendly. The line moved at lightning speed. Very impressed! Coffee and food were great.

They are always nice to Captain & who doesn't love Dunkins.

I've been coming here every morning for awhile now, and I have to say it's definitely a joy to see my girls in the morning. They always make my bagel perfect for me, and they always know my order before I get to the register. I appreciate how they go out of their way. Place is also always very clean, and coffee is always fresh.

Very friendly staff. Was in and out super quick even though our cashier was under training by a manager, the store was busy with the morning rush of customers both in the store and a line of cars wrapped around the building. The coffee didn't taste like burnt motor oil, unlike the Dunkin Donuts' coffee at home.

I almost only ever do the drive thru and I use the app to place my order. It's very easy and convenient for days when I'm in the mood for coffee and a breakfast sandwich but want it quickly. I've never had any issues. My order is always correct and ready for me when I get there.

We were so pleased that the Dunkin Donuts in Bethany was open on Thanksgiving Day! The server made us feel special, found a fresh lemon for my ice tea, and I loved it! A little bit goes a long way.

I cannot believe the negative reviews on here are of the same place?!?!?! The staff at this Dunkin Donuts goes above and beyond for my wife, myself and our incredibly picky children. The coffee is always brewed, mixed and served well, the sandwiches warm, the donuts fresh, even the staff is all quite nice. I think a lot of the negativity comes from impatient tourists. Locals get used to the crowds and the lines in the summer, that is a problem ANYWHERE...but I really love my local D and D!!!! Thanks to Marina, Storm and the other staff!!!!!

I always find the staff at Dunkin’ friendly. I especially like the Dunkin’ at Aspen Hill. I come here on Tuesdays along with 4 individuals with disabilities for iced coffee and they serve us quickly and are so welcoming. It feels like a home away from home.

I found the donuts 🍩 fresher than in Ocean City Maryland. I did drive up.

This particular Dunkin' is always clean, well stocked, and typically very fast and consistent, sometimes it slows down, but it's a very busy location at certain times of the day. Staff is always nice!

The Dunkin Donuts product sells itself. However, this location has excellent customer service, which is why I'm giving them 5 stars. They are courteous, helpful, and patient. Very friendly staff!

This has to be the FASTEST service ever!! We always enjoy ending our vacation by driving thru the Bethany Beach DD! Such quick service and very friendly staff!

Awesome Job at Dunkin Donuts Baskin Robbins.

We are staying across the street and had a receipt from Saturday night offering a 99 cent cone within 3 days. We came in Tuesday afternoon and ordered two double scoops.

Linda scooped our ice cream and she was FANTASTIC. We haven't been to Baskin Robbins before so it took awhile to order, but Linda stood back and let us have our time. After we ordered my girlfriend got a Gold Ribbon ice cream and Linda took the time to make sure the scoop we got had all the ribbon flavors! We were very impressed, she even made multiple scoops so we got one that was perfect!

At the register I present the 99 cent coupon, but it didn't work! She told me we had to use it within three days (I thought, Sunday 1, Monday 2, Tuesday 3). Linda tried not once, not twice, but thrice and honored the coupon!

Unfortunately our receipt didn't have a poll, so I took to the internet! Great job Linda, thank you very much for the wonderful experience!

So happy they have a drive thru Dunkin in Bethany now! I love my Dunkin coffee and go here every morning that I'm in town! Employees are friendly and always have smiles on their faces!

Great friendly service with fresh food and very clean with a nice area to site outside.

Dunking was what it always is. Arnica was good and had the doughnuts we wanted.
