Very friendly and helpful staff. Elizabeth took the time to teach my wife how to paint her first Kill Team Army. They have matches going almost everyday. Very fun place!

Absolutely a great store. Tons to choose from, plenty of gaming space, and a absolutely great owner. Will definately go to again if i vacation near here again. And you even get a freebie mini with your purchase.

Just started out on my Warhammer journey and I could not have asked for a better place to start it. The store manager, Elizabeth, is fantastic. Extremely helpful. She helped me figure out what army I wanted to start with and even helped with painting tips.

I highly recommend you check this store out if you have any interest in the hobby. You’ll be glad you did.

Just came here for the second time on my vacation and I have to say this was the most pleasant shopping experience I’ve ever had! Renee was absolutely friendly but not overwhelming, and the selection here is great! She even gave me a great deal I wasn’t expecting because she knew I wasn’t able to come back again! Seriously the best. Renee deserves a raise for SURE!

Elizabeth was super friendly and helpful when my son and I made our first visit to the store. She spent so much time with us, explaining the basics of 40k and answering all of our questions. We can't wait to build our combat patrols and head back for more.

Awesome store. Elizabeth walked us through paints and helped us decide what we would need for a full set. There were even a few fellows painting and they were happy to show us what they were working on and what the different paints looked like on models. Im very new to this, and was greeted with open arms, and it made it very easy to decide where to start, and to write this review. Im from Jacksonville, but this is definitely a store I will shop at.

I've never had better service! I called ahead to have them put an item away for my husbands Christmas gift and said I would be in, in a couple of hours to buy it. With no problem, the wonderful lady there did it for me. When I arrived to buy it, my 20 month old was deep asleep and needed a nap. So my plan was to park temporarily in the very front of the store, leave my car on and run in real quick to buy it. Well I couldn't do that because someone was waiting on Chinese food from there. So I called the store and explained the situation and asked when they closed so I could come back. Instead the lady took my transaction over the phone and then walked it outside to me. Talk about amazing service and going to above and beyond for your customers. This lady definitely showed it. Will always come back here! As long as she's there.

All Warhammer stores are cool and always have a nice layout and good stock of product but what makes Saint Augustine Warhammer awesome is Tucker, who managers the store. A wealth of product information, adeptness with painting, and a solid knowledge of Warhammer games are only a few things Tucker is amazing with. I can't say enough about him. Super friendly and helpful, he is what makes that store.

It’s great to have a Games Workshop seller so close. Tucker is super cool and very accommodating. He helped me pick out paints for my new army and helped me pick out some new models. I’ll definitely go back for what ever I need.

The shop is clean organized and ran extremely well by a dope dude named tucker. tucker is knowledgeable and can help you with any rules or paint tips or whatever else you may need. the shop is however lacking some models for certain armys but its only the stuff that GW cant seem to keep in stock even online so i dont blame the store for this. great shop to check out if you havent been!

Tucker has been great! Brand new to the hobby, so very excited to have a GW in my hometown. Solid selection and well organized.

Tucker runs a tight ship and even with the beer virus running amuck, he is still in the store more than happy to sell you models and answer questions. I always go back
