There will probably be a wait before an employee is able to assist you. But within a few moments of entering the store someone does acknowledge your presence and make you feel welcomed. The process of buying and activating a new phone or a new line to your account takes at least a good hour or two. But the staff is knowledgeable and very friendly.

I switch to T-Mobile from another provider. I had a big technical problem, bringing my phone over. Abigail the manager, and Joel, resolved the problem right away. They're very knowledgeable, and very helpful. They answer all my questions. I am very grateful to them. They save me a lot of stress that day. T-Mobile is the best phone provider out there. Pay them a visit today.

I have worked with Alfonso Johnson and have wonderful experiences. He is thorough, very knowledgeable and he explains everything so carefully. He is very polite. I'm happy I changed to T Mobile a year ago. It was the best decision since the day I walked into the store. Kudos to a wonderful team.

Truth and the woman he was working with on January 22nd, 2022 were absolutely wonderful. I have never had such a great experience at a phone store until now. They were polite, helpful, knowledgeable and kind. I would highly recommend this store for all of your T-mobile needs! This is the only store I will be going to in the future! The customer service of this location was very good. I had came in late to upgrade my phone and the employees there were very informative and helpful in my decision for my upgrade. My phone had a lot of data to transfer and took some time but it felt like it went by fast due to the employees friendly professionalism. I recommend going to this location for your cellular needs.

I worked with Francisco and he was incredible. He was patient, informative and extremely pleasant in his demeanor. I purchased a new phone and needed to return the next day with a few questions. He worked with me with the same patience and interest that he showed the previous day; the day I actually bought the new phone. What a great experience.

The store manager Luis is the best! He went above and beyond to resolve several issues for me. I placed an order by phone, upgrading 5 lines and 5 phones through corporate. Several of the phones did not work for me and had bad SIM cards when I received them in the mail. One of the lines was supposed to have a phone number ported over and it wasn’t. After several calls and hours on the phone with tech I went to my local store. Luis was there to make everything right and pick up the slack for everyone at corporate. Thank you again Luis!

This T-mobile location has been perfect to my grandparents and I. After sprint was bought out by T-mobile it was hard to find a reliable cell company and we tried a couple. This newer T-mobile location features great employees at every level and also a friendly calm environment, the staff at this location has represented and won me over 10 fold. I promise you this T-Mobile store is grade A

Valerie was super helpful. Made an impossible request , a possible solution! Was very polite, professional and respectful despite my frustrated attitude upon coming into the store, which shifted quicky once she provided above and beyond customer service ! All the while , maintaining a great attitude !

I must say I am not happy with T-Mobile and how they have handled a situation with upgrading my phone. I would rate this company a 1. I have had one problem after another from the start which was a month ago and it has finally gotten settled. But I must say Art was amazing through this whole thing and she went above and beyond to help get this issue resolved. This is not my usual store as it’s 40 minutes away from me but with Covid and stores being closed this was the closest location to me. Through all the mess Art was so great and helpful and took some stress off of the situation by taking care of it the best way she could. Thank you again 😊

I was there last week and Richard Aiello took the time to explain the different phones. He had the time as I was the only customer and did not take time away from someone else.
I worked in customer service foe many years so I value great customer service. He was a delight to talk to. Do I ordered a phone from him.

Today I returned to have them transfer all the info from my old phone and two very delightful young ladies were ther. Amanda and one other that were just very custoner oriented. Amanda did her job with a friendly smile and so did the the other young lady.

In these times when jobs are becoming scarce again and employers need to choose among employees. I recommend all three.

Customer service with a smile !! God Bless all three employees.

Super fast and super easy experience. Got a new line Unlimited Talk, Text and Data Plan in under 15min. The manager and Alex were super cool, listened to what I wanted, explained everything really clearly, and got me out as quickly as I came in. Highly recommended.

Had difficulty with my phone and walked into this location. First greeted by Shania, who was very kind, professional and started the process of connecting me to an "expert" on their customer service line. Francisco came over to ask if I was being helped and proceeded to check my phone and found out it was a simple fix and took care of it for me. He told the expert on the line, we were all set and he handed me back my phone fully functional and working fine. THANK YOU FRANCISCO AND SHANIA. I truly appreciate the service. You guys ROCK!!! Outstanding service from both Val and Alfonso at this store. My experience of switching my phone accounts was wonderful due to these very knowledgeable and kind young people.

This is probably the best service I’ve ever received with t-mobile. The staff is super friendly and very informative, I was helped by Juan and Feliciano (I hope I got his name right) if you’re looking to upgrade or a new phone, come to this store.

Sept 9, 2020 thanks to Francisco I was able to retire my 6s Plus successfully. The process was not the nightmare I thought it would. It was very quick and he was very kind. He was also patient with me which is very important. Thank you, sir!

Wethersfield location Best experience upgrading my phone, sometimes getting a new phone is worse then then getting a root canal...it can be long, boring and you leave confused.

Todays visit with the customer service reps Crystal was great. All questions were quickly answered, accessories placed without me even asking and everything was done quickly, a good laugh and with a big heart. Good job Tmobile for hiring people with great knowledge in their field and heart!
