GNC

Haven’t been to GNC in a long time because of my last experience there (it was awful) but I happened to be at the mall today with my nephew and he wanted to enter GNC to purchase protein because he’s starting his gym journey. Walked in and greeted us was a nice young man named Lucas. Very educated, honest & straightforward. Made us feel comfortable and it was a pleasure meeting him.

I had the pleasure of Wilkin helping me today. He was very knowledgeable on what products to recommend for my goals and showed tremendous care and patience. Being in the hospitality business Wilkins showed compassion and competence and I will be going to this GNC more often. Thank you Wilkins and GNC you have yourself an outstanding employee

It's a good place to go for people who are are serious in focusing on specific excercises. It's not for the average person. The average person who doesn't really focus on excercise and just spends big money hoping to get stronger or faster is the one that walks in .

i wish i could give them 0 stars- the guy Randy cussed me out on the way out the door. I couldn’t believe it so I sent my brother in to get his name. I called corporate, i hope he got fired lmao. he told me bee pollen wasn’t good either, when it helps diabetics in which my brother suffers. he’s clearly very ignorant to what he is working for, and he was so rude to me.

Shop at gnc all the time. Have been ID’d before however this time while shopping at this location, I was asked how old I was and that I need to be 18 to but anything. I explained I was 20, about to turn 21. He told me I look to young to him and that I was defiantly under 18. The man then told me I look to young to shop there and that he would need to see an ID. He became very hostile once I explained I didn’t have mine. Won’t be shppping at a place I’m told I look to young to shop, although I’ll take the compliment that I look young.

The guy there tried to sell me Triple X protein powder one day came back a month later and said it would kill me. Also this guy also said he can’t sell creatine to anyone under 18. The guy legit asked me for an ID🤣 such a joke of a worker. A disgrace to the gym community. I bet the guy thinks he’s some kind of hero IDing a 17 year old for creatine. Ur not a bouncer at a Bar ur a GNC worker💀

The guy named Randy is the rudest guy ever. So unprofessional, aggressive. GNC needs to fire him asap!!!
