I’ve been a regular at this location since they took over the store from stingray. All the associates ask me how I’m doing and make me feel like I’m part of the family. I’m really glad you guys were able to obtain the store and I hope you guys keep it going for years to come. Thank you for the excellent service!

Once I started going to V-Twin its the only vape shop I go to. I'm usually there after 5 and it's usually the same guy working sadly can't remember his name but he's always super helpful and super friendly. The store also has a great selection of vapor and smoking products. Can't recommend V-Twin enough.

staff is amazing, Julie is always wanting to help and understands getting the best thing for your price range!!! all the employees are educated on all their products and always recommend things for me to try! very clean store! always organized and stocked, if not stocked they will be in a couple days! i’ve never had such an enjoyable, personal shopping experience! ALWAYS GO HERE :)

I’ll start by saying this is a very clean store. Well organized and has a huge selection. The staff are very helpful and friendly. Chelsea provided top notch customer service. I will continue to shop here.

My friends and I walked in 30 minutes before they closed. They had even begun to mop. But despite this, they were still incredibly friendly and helpful. I was really impressed with the amazing customer service! They didnt rush us at all, and answered all of the many questions my friend had, which helped him decide on his purchase.

We happened to come in during a time that made us eligible for an awesome discount as well, which made our night! If I didnt live out of state, I'd absolutely come again. Such a great place!

They had a nice selection of delta 8 and 9 edibles too. I saw some things I haven't seen anywhere else.

Very knowledgeable staff. Wide variety and great prices. I couldn't figure out how to work my pen so I had to return two more times to get it to work and the staff was more than happy to help me.

I talked to a very pleasant very knowledgeable employee at V-Twin Vapors. Unfortunately they did not have what I was looking for. He gave me some ideas and places that may carry it they didn't have it either but that's okay. The store was very clean and they had a lot of products to choose from. Thank you for the information and treating me with respect like customer service should be. It was my pleasure shopping in your store.

Always friendly. Always Helpful. Great selection, great service. Ignore the negative comments, obviously the self centered expect everything to be dropped for them upon entry, regardless if other customers are being helped. I was in there when one of the negative review people (recognize by photo) was there. I was being assisted. Patience is a virtue few possess.

Stopped in today for some new gear. Spoke with Matt who was such a huge help. He was extremely friendly and had a lot of patience with all my questions. Found the grab bag specials as well! Such a great experience that I will be back again for all my vaping needs!

I love V-Twin vapors!!! Knowledgeable staff and fast service. Best vape shop in the area!! It's the only vape shop I go to and I've worked 2 years in a vape shops and I have to add that when I got faulty equipment, manufacturers defect, I went in and explained the situation. The employee was so sweet and accommodating that I couldn't help but to call and brag about my experience. AMAZING SHOP AND GREAT STAFF. I don't think any other shop is this amazing!!!

The GM, Christina, is absolutely fantastic! Her store is set up so well, everything in its place, labeled, fully stocked, etc. Her attention to detail is key and on point; great marketing and advertising!!! They have specials and deals going on. Her and her staff are full of knowledge and exceptionally friendly! As a truck driver, I wish she was in my home state, I'd be bringing her customers by the truck load!!! Hands down, THIS IS THE BEST VAPE SHOP IN THE COUNTRY!!!! Plus, I just want to hang out there :) I sincerely hope we get to go back asap! Very impressed and extremely satisfied!!!!! ☆☆☆☆☆

Stopped in with a broken tank. They were super helpful and friendly. Unfortunately they did not have my glass in stock, but they helped clear away and clean the broken glass off my old one. Will do business with them in the future!

I just want to give a HUGE shout out to Anna, from the Wentzville location.
I was returning a vape I had purchased and I live about an hour's drive away. Anna's superior customer service and
charming personality made me, not only satisfied with the return...she made me feel welcome and introduced me to an awesome new flavor that suits me perfectly!
