I love my new gorgeous kitchen and butler's pantry! Discount Kitchen Direct redesigned the kitchen for a better flow and workspace. We ordered our cabinets, countertops, and appliances all from them and the results are fantastic. Cheyanne, Chip, and Reilly were awesome to work with!

Looking for the finishes for our gut kitchen remodel was daunting. Cabinets especially - I was overwhelmed. Then I did something I never do, after seeing the Discount Kitchen Direct video ad on Instagram, I called. Best decision I made in this entire process.

Cheyanne walks you through the selection process with humor, patience, and knowledge. She brings Chip in when needed. Everyone said (including Cheyenne) to get three quotes. I did not. I felt very comfortable working with her; which for me is critical. She guides you. There is no pushing or hard-sell tactics.

The cabinets are very well made. The installation was smooth sailing. When something small went wrong they fixed it without having to ask. The finished product is exquisite.

Builder and Architect friends were shocked at the quality/price ratio.

I love the product, the people, the process, and the price. I highly recommend them and could not be happier.

We have settled into our new kitchen and are really enjoying it. We bought cabinets and appliances - everything was ordered and installed within a few weeks. Chip and Cheyanne are really kind, easy to work with, and super helpful with the whole process.

My daughter and I met with Chip for a consultation for her new kitchen. We were at his kitchen store for almost 3 hours and we had his undivided attention. Chip is so personable and I liked him from the get go. Being in the business for many years, he is very knowledgeable and answered all questions my daughter had. He took us out into his shop and showed us where the cabinets and counter tops are made. Great set up and lots to choose from. My daughter decided on the kitchen cabinets, color and the counter tops. She usually has a hard time making up her mind, but with Chip’s expertise and help, she checked off three big items that day. My wife, Karen, and I met with Chip at DKD in North Charleston. Chip showed us the packaging and assembly process of his cabinets. He also explained the purchasing and delivery process.

We agreed with price and delivery on a Shaker style, Dark Gray cabinet. Chip layed out several design options for us. Karen and I ordered, then recieved the cabinets in perfect condition. Assembly and installation went smooth. All fitments were as Chip desIgned. We could not be happier with the end result.
