What's here in Lake quell's metro? Jason served me. He was very nice, very polite, a good gentleman. Hey, did everything he could? He did an awesome, amazing, lovely job. If I had to I would refer him to family and friends. He was amazing, awesome person, thank you and God bless.

I went into the metro in lake wales and had the greatest experience with Jason.

The young gentleman working there was very informative and very helpful. He even helped me clean up my phone. Got rid of annoying adds and . notifications and things I didnt need. Phone performance is so much better now.

If I could give 10 stars I could! Juan helped me sign into my Facebook and clean out my other phone it kept giving me notifications every 30 seconds! I highly recommend this location.

I took my mom in to this store and I must say the level of customer service Emily gave was amazing my mom doesn't speak English very well and they were able to make her comfortable and answered all her questions. She even gave me information on switching from Verizon when she told me how money gonna save I'll definitely be back!!!

I went into this store with a major phone issue and needed assistance. The store was very clean and the assistance I received from Luis was phenomenal. He assisted me with all the questions I had. Very professional and polite I’m glad I was able to get my metro phone to work. Thank you Luis I will definitely be visiting this location again.

This place is cool there's a guy named Luis there really smart helpful and friendly highly recommend him if you have a tech issue I'm sure others can assist you there aswell. Everyone seemed very nice!

A man named Antonio helped me get an upgrade with a case and screen protector, payed my bill, and signed me up for autopay, in record time, highly recommend seeing the people here
