I had to pay my last bill of $0.33, and I couldn’t do it online, and over the phone they asked for $10 fee, so I stop by at this location. It took them 30 seconds and they were so kind and helpful. Thank you!

I recently got in touch with a Verizon specialist over the phone when I was trying to connect with my set top box I was very satisfied by how professional and friendly they were in helping my situation the people in the chat were not as helpful and turned off the service I had for 24 hrs but thankfully the specialist named honey was able to help us and we like her a lot she was very knowledgeable

Muhammad was very helpful and knowledgeable. I had to came back few times because my previous service provider didn’t unlock my phone. He was very patient helping me several times. Also, Robbie and the store manager was nice and helpful.

This was by far the most superior customer service experience I have had with a representative of any company. Dylan demonstrated exemplary service to include having to work 40 minutes past the store’s closure time, to ensure my business needs were completed. Dylan’s manners, knowledge, and treatment of myself and other customers present in the store were what all others in retail and in business should strive to be. Verizon needs to take capable intelligent customer service oriented minded people like Dylan and give him grater opportunities in management or corporate level positions.

I went to this store, which is close to my job, after dropping my phone at work. I received superior assistance from employee John Percy who reviewed my options fully and gave me great advice based on his interactions with others. Went in to upgrade and thankfully it was not too busy. Had to wait for one customer. Muhammed was very helpful, and he worked with me to find what I wanted at a good deal. I will continue to come to their store instead of the Corporate store I had been dealing with mostly.

In all honesty, I walked in prepared for a sales pitch and instead got an honest recommendation and walked out with the right phone for me. How did that happen you ask in this day and age of meeting sales goals? Because the store manager—Ali Shah—listened to what was capabilities were important to me and took into consideration what phone fit my lifestyle and budget.

I would highly recommend this store because seeing how it is run, you know that all of the staff embody the mindset of “listen to the customer and build loyalty” instead of “push the most expensive product so it helps us.” You’ve found a “lifer” with this customer.

Today I went into the Fair Lakes Store with a problem concerning e-mail reception. The young man who helped me was wonderful. He was patient, enduring, and successful. I went in Thinking that I had looked up everything I cared about before buying a plan with an existing phone. The salesman immediately pointed out several options I wasn’t aware of and in the end I traded in an Older iPhone and ended up getting a brand new 12 a $300 gift card $700 trade-in credit and I wound up paying $200 out the door. The sales staff is fantastic efficient and I will certainly do business with them again.

My experience was amazing with Saher he explained everything so well to me when Verizon corporate wouldn't explain my bill or anything to me. He was more than just a manager it was as if he was talked by to me on a personal level and that he truly cared about the customer. I will definitely be taking my business there again and I recommend everyone to go here.

Went to this store to upgrade my phone. I’m ashamed I didn’t get the gentleman’s name, I think it was Ali Shah?! (He was the only one working with a line of customers)

Either way, we waited a bit simply because he was taking care to assist an older woman who didn’t quite understand how technology works. I can admire this, as its a skill, I believe, to exercise that kind of patience. He helped my husband and I very promptly and made sure all of our needs were taken care of!

I went in around 7 pm with an issue with my husbands brand new phone we just purchased at Ft Belvior that same day and Blake was amazing! Not only did he help correct my issue but I was able to get a glass protector and have it installed. Thanks again Blake! Everyone should see these guys here! Awesome customer service!

I was in this store recently. I let Blake know that I was just checking prices and plans for my elderly mother. This did not deter Blake from providing the most exceptional customer service that I have ever experienced! Blake was kind, friendly, professional, attentive, informative....I could go on and on about this wonderful young man. Blake's manners were impeccable and he has an amazing gift for explaining the plans and teaching how to use the phones I sure hope that Verizon and the owner of this store appreciate Blake and compensate him well for going above and beyond. I am beyond impressed with the level of professionalism these employees shown!! We visited 3 times during the week. Blake was so patient and welcoming. He answered all our questions. He was respectful to us. Blake maintained eye contact and actually left his seat to talk to us. I have been with Verizon for over 10 years and have never dealt with a staff member with his this exceptional customer service skills before. I was concerned when I learned that he was going to be off the following day but he assured us that we will be taken care off. The next day we were welcomed by Fahid who was amazing as well! He co.pleted our transaction smoothly and helped us with setting our new phones. He also welcomed us to come back any time for extra help. Verizon-Fair Lakes Shopping Center just became our favorite Verizon store!! We are extremely satisfied with the service we received. Great job!

My phone fell in water and was fried, which was a big problem as I needed it to telework. I was able to visit the store and get a new phone and everything set up quickly and easily in the middle of the pandemic. They were really helpful and showed me a bunch of options, not just the most expensive one. Great service!

Was furious about my bill. Was not told at another store about anything that was currently on my bill with all these crazy different charges. But was helped greatly by Syed. Helped break everything down, explained what everything was, and helped me with a new plan and a new phone and a Hum for my car. Great service and will definitely be coming back to this store!

Syed was great he did everything to help me solve my problem, he is very professional great customer services. He was amazing and polite he did so much an amazing job i ended up getting my wife a new iPhone she is very happy. The whole staff are amazing John entertained my kids while syed helped us very friendly staff and very professional. If anyone is looking for a Verizon phone this is the place to buy it at.
