GNC

I usually don’t go in store to buy products, online is my go to but I needed some protein asap I called all gnc’s around San Jose and none of them had the flavor I was looking for until I called here. They were kind enough to set aside their last Ryse tub for me, the two workers who helped me are great and have immaculate customer service. They also made it to where I can have it delivered instead of going in store which is very convenient since I live an hour away. They gave me quite a few samples to try out.

The staff here is super helpful! I called before going in since I wanted some of the Quest protein powder packets they had, and the girl who worked there kept aside everything they had in the flavors I mentioned. I ended up buying all of them since they were also on a clearance sale for 50cents a piece! They also had a 2lb canister of the Cinnamon Crunch flavor on clearance, and I was hesitant to get it since I'd never tried the flavor before, but I went for it anyway. There was a second one too, and after I mentioned it to my boyfriend later that day, he wanted it. So I called in about it, and they kept that aside for me too! I was not at expecting that at all since it was a clearance item, and I would have assumed they'd want to sell it asap. The staff is also very knowledgeable and offered some free samples too! Overall a really great experience.

Good store. SOME of the staff are very helpful; others not so much. OFTEN closes for about an HOUR for staff breaks — within half an hour of CLOSING!? So, be sure to call before you go there; VERY INCONVENIENT for this customer!

The staff is very lovely, they upgraded me to a pro membership and it was the best thing i’ve ever done, gave me so much cash back

The Experience in walking into GNC at the plant was Outta Site!! GNC representative answered all of my questions. He made me feel I was the most important person in the store. I will definitely shop at the GNC store at the Plant again.

Amazing and friendly staff, very helpful. Recommended me some multivitamins which are vastly effective. My go-to GNC from now on!

La tienda más limpia en la que e comprado. También las muchachas que me atendieron fueron muy amables y el mejor servicio al cliente que e tendido en todas las GNCs. Voy a seguir viniendo a esta tienda, ese gringo esta diciendo tonterías no hay cajas y tampoco están en los celulares.
