Came in looking for something for my husbands birthday and wasn’t really sure what to get him. Ric was extremely knowledgeable, helpful, and attentive. Even with customers in line, I have never seen someone handle all of the chaos while still making sure everyone felt taken care of and he has an amazing personality. He had the whole store laughing and smiling. I felt bad for him because he was the only person working on such a busy day, but that didn’t stop him from having a positive attitude and making us all feel acknowledged. KUDOS TO RIC!

Shout out to Ric who helped me trade in an old console, games and accessories toward the purchase of a new PS5! Ric talked me through Gamestop's trade in policy and process to ensure I was getting the top dollar for my items - even with some of them not being in the best condition. I also want to give him kudos for being the only one in the store and still being able to help out 3-4 customers at the same time with varying items to purchase - all without neither one of us feeling neglected. And funny enough, Ric seemed even more excited about my purchasing of the new system than I was (and I was pretty excited)! Always great to see someone so passionate about their work!

Yolanda, SGA, was a great help with finding PS5/PS4 titles that I was looking for. She gave me great options for in-store, other stores, and online.

Today I stopped in GameStop in Aurora Illinois and Yolanda assisted me with my purchases and pre orders. I had an excellent experience working with Yolanda as she was extremely helpful and knowledgeable about the games I was interested in. I would highly recommend going to GameStop in Aurora Illinois and working with Yolanda.

It's game stop. Decent choices and available items. Each has its own discount rake. This one is a little smaller than others but was fine

The young man working the desk today at 7pm on June 4 2019 was so helpful and nice! He explained things to us and answered all of our questions without hesitation. It was so nice to walk into the store and see a smiling face and a great personality. Thanks so much! We will be back to this store!

Went to this location to get my son a headphone set for his PS4. Must say outstanding customer service. The gentleman that help me had all around the best customer service skills and seemed to really enjoy his job. Great job! Keep up the good work. Will be returning! Highly recommend.

I had a phenomenal experience today at this location ! The customer service was amazing & overall the store was clean & welcoming. I highly recommend this specific location! Even through these tough times of Covid-19 the employees still manage to get through it with a smile on their face!

Been going to this game stop for years never had an issue with any of the workers they are always helpful and kind, thank you Nick for always being so helpful and honest about what's good and what's bad👍

There employees are very helpful and they as well have a great selection in game well anything to do with games and consoles also they do carry some gaming clothing to a certain extent because they constantly sale out but they do have multiple locations were they might carry them.

This GameStop is always a pleasure, nice staff and a great vibe. It feels a lot less of a crowded mess in comparison to the GameStop in the Fox Valley Mall.

I got excellent service and the store manager was very very kind and helpful. Had a great personallity and wasn't interested into pushing you to buy things. Definately a good choice to go to. 5 stars

There were lots of people but only one person behind the counter. However she was very patient and very nice to the customers.

Friendly service. Also appreciated that my son an wife forgot their mask in the car. The employee who offered mask to them was greatly appreciated.
