Great professional, friendly service. This seems to be a rarity in today's world, but the people at this, and the Madison west store, really stepped up.

From the initial phone call to the in-store experience, everything was outstanding! Kirk (Asst Store Manager) was very pleasant and helpful. He installed my car battery on an extremely cold day. The whole time he was upbeat and took the time needed to make sure everything was working okay. The East Broadway, Monona store was also a convenient location. Thank you Kirk! I’ll be back!

We were fortunate enough to have Kirk save the day when we needed a new battery! He was flexible and efficient and took the time to make sure it was, in fact, the battery that was the issue. We were pleased with his friendly, quick and very helpful service in installing a battery for our car.

I came in to replace a car battery that I had previously bought from Batteries Plus. While my warranty had expired, Kirk took great care of me. He was able to help me on price so that I could by ot right then and there, instead of going to Costco to save a few $. Kirk's attitude and attention both on the phone and in person were amazing. Working with Kirk was the high point of my day!

The person on duty, Troy, was very friendly and helpful. I had a big list of backup batteries to replace, and was able to get them all. I ended up having to return several, but not because the batteries themselves were bad. Return was not a problem. In fact, I've never had a problem at any B+ store.

I was very impressed with the knowledge and enthusiasm of the 2 people working around 4:00pm on 7/15/22. They taught me about the laws/dangers of using certain 18650 batteries with a vaping device, as well as how to recycle fluorescent tubes. They even had the forethought to tell me to keep my single fluorescent light (for reference) in case the one they sold me (a meager $5.26) didn't work (it did). One guy was even at the end of his shift but stuck around to help. Highly recommended.

The batteries plus in Monona is conveniently located (although easily missed) and has provided exceptional customer service. The store manager, Steve, has been great to work with on the commercial side. His technical knowledge and willingness to go the extra mile has made me a repeat customer many times over. I have recommended this store to many coworkers and friends who have found the store delivers great reliable products in a timely manner. I can also admire their willingness to replace a car battery in snow blowing sub-zero temperatures. It is nice to have a company that takes care of all the rebates and gives you the lowest price at the counter! All and all a great store that deserves many more patrons!

I had the very pleasant experience of speaking to Kirk today about replacing the battery in my Pixel 2 phone. He was very honest and knowledgeable. He explained the difficulty he would have replacing my battery due to equipment limitations that he had, and referred me to 2 other locations that would be better equiped to handle the job. I will definitely be choosing this store for all of my battery needs! Thanks, Kirk!

The gentleman was amazing. Not only did he deal with his computer freezing up while helping a unpleasant customer but he multitasked & helped 3 other people get what they needed & checked out with ease. I think his name was Dillon? Very pleasant & knowledgeable. Dealt with being short staffed like a pro. Will definitely go back!

I really appreciate the service to repair my IPhone 6 Plus screen. I came in a week ago cause I thought I needed a new charging port because mines would not charge and come to find out it was a lot of lent and debris inside of it and you cleaned it out for free. One problem I would have is that today 7/31/19 you guys put a tempered glass screen on but it wasn’t on straight which causes difficulties on the left side of my screen when pressing. Other than that I really enjoyed my experience both times. Thank you!

Steve emailed me ASAP and responded to my review and said I could get my screen protector fixed and they did just that. Thank you guys again, truly class acts! Definitely would recommend, especially Monona location.

Kirk at this location is outstanding! Helped me fix my phones front camera from a different company messing it up and I’m extremely happy with there work! 10/10 definitely recommend going here and if kirks working he knows his stuff!

Good price on an automobile battery. Friendly and helpful people both on phone and at store. Clerk carried battery to my car and took several batteries to be recycled (laptop, 6 volt cells, etc.). Based on prices and assistance I will return when I need specialized batteries and lamps in the future.

Great store and great service! My iPhone battery stopped holding a charge while traveling for work and these guys replaced it in less than 10 min for $20 less than what Apple wanted. Have you have ever been in and out of the Apple Store in 10 min?

The return policy is very generous...and the sales staff have been helpful, whether picking up an item I ordered online, making a return, or trying to figure out which product I need. They have been a big help for my house and car!!
