On my first visit, there was a young lady who was very informative about what was available in the wine section! Very helpful, attentive and excellent customer service! I can't seem to remember her name, but for my first visit to the store, I remembered exactly where it's located!!❣

Not sure whats up with the negative reviews.. i have been in here maybe 10 time for electronic cigarette things and the staff has always been helpful. always asked if i need help finding anything, etc. I have had no bad experiences here. The only "bad thing" is the prices, its much cheaper online, but im sure that is how all stores are with tobacco products. Its nice to have this store right down the street if i need something and dont want to wait a week for shipping. I will continue going there

Always friendly to me. I only go in there for cigarettes so I don't spend ALOT of time in there but I'm always helped with a smile. Sometimes I have my 10 year old child with me and since you can't bring children into the store I leave him right outside the door. They will make sure I get in and out as fast as possible. I REALLY APPRECIATE THAT!!! 👍👍👍

Staff was very anxious to help. They've got a very large electronic cigarette selection (both disposable and the good ones), and even quite a few flavors that you can try in the store. I was there on 5/30/13 and was told more than 100 new flavors of e-liquid would be in stock within the next week or two. That's on top of the 15 - 20 that they already have. This is my new go-to spot for e-cig supplies.

I just want to wish everyone who works at GM Tobacco the best after the fire tonight. What happened to your business is a tragedy, especially after having to shut your doors for months already. I hope everyone is safe and ok.

they know how to treat thier regular customers very well. i get all my vape supplies here. additionally, they have a refill service of in house juice thats only 5 bucks for a 15ml and its great stuff. great prices , and great customer service. highly recommended.

Hopefully this store's owner took advantage of Thursday to clear their shop out of goods. I hope they were insured too. I pray the officers involved are charged and peace takes hold.

The guys who work here are awesome. What I want is always already on the counter when I get up to it. They are funny and polite all the time.

The shop is doing very well with the transition into the ECigs. Very knowledgeable, very decent prices and very willing to help out. A+ all around.
