Andy Acuna is fantastic! He is a phenomenal employee! Andy is patient, kind, thorough, hard working, willing to do whatever it takes to fix the problem, amazing with customers, and worked tirelessly with me for over 4 hours in person in order to make sure he fixed the problems with my phone. I appreciate him more than I can properly express in words! He is the best and I would highly recommend him to anyone! Thank you Andy!!

Hands down probably the least stress, informative, no upselling experiences I've had in the 17 years I have been with Verizon. Mick was the perfect person for me to have gotten. I dread new phones, and all the things that go with that. I even tried online sales just to avoid the headache. Luckily I was near this store, and not the one less than a mile from home, because I would drive 50 miles if I knew how painless getting a new phone would be. Mick answered all my questions, got me a great deal on my S24+, heard me the first time when I said no upsales, did the complete transfer while I went back to work, and to my surprise, I have only one complaint; Why isn't every store stocked with people like Mick. No need to ramble about the phone or any of that, those that use Samsung know the product, but the ease of getting a new phone and informative people who can answer your questions without the proverbial script, I can say this; If you live anywhere in the Treasure Valley, make the drive. You won't be disappointed. 5 STARS for Mick.

Tyler was awesome. We’ve had our iPhone 7s for YEARS! We expected this upgrade experience to be long and stressful and painful. Tyler is calm and easy-going, direct and honest. He made it simple and painless. We would definitely buy phones from him again.

My elderly mother lost her phone at the airport in Florida. We were at a loss at what to do as it was a different carrier than Verizon.
I have my phone through Verizon and Mick Anderson at the Broadway store knew exactly what we needed to get her information from her lost phone onto a new phone. He went above and beyond and it lowered her stress a ton.
Yet another reason Verizon is the best.

Alex is a customer service superstar! He definitely went above and beyond helping me troubleshoot activate my new iPhone. He was friendly and patient and even when I asked dumb questions, he never made me feel awkward. This store on Broadway is awesome. I highly recommend shopping there for your phone, and also going there for tech issues.

Mick is absolutely fabulous! Not only does he have a fabulous attitude and personally, he is so thorough and knowledgeable! What an asset! I will not go to another store as long as he is here!

My husband's phone got damaged when we were on a jetboat trip. Mick within a few minutes diagnosed the problem, switched data over to his old phone until we could get it fixed when we get back to our home state. He didn't lose any of his pictures and info. Mick was very professional, friendly and helpful. The Verizon store is in a small shopping center at the end. Easy to miss but worth the search.

Andy was a great help getting us all hooked up with new phones and accessories. A little bit time consuming but overall not a bad experience.

Tyler was great. He made my transfer and two new phone buying seamless. He was by himself at the store and it was busy but he helped everyone so smoothly no one seemed bothered there was no other help. He made sure I understood everything on our new phones and answered all my questions. A+++++

Mick was amazing. I came in right before closing with a busted phone. Mick made sure he helped me through my decision making with a new phone and stayed an extra 45 minutes after closing to help me set it up. I am very thankful and had a very positive experience.

Trazelle was amazing! She provided excellent service, answered questions that I had regarding adding an additional line to my current phone and even ported in a number from another entity in no time flat. She is extremely knowledgeable of her products and was pleasant to work with. 5 star review and I would definitely ask for her if you are needing assistance.

I was overdue for an upgrade and went to the Broadway Verizon. There were only two guys working because two others had called in (this was a Sat) so they were scrambling. These guys were working together like a team to help each customer and I only waited about 15 min before they got my upgrade started. Ryan assisted me in selecting my new phone, offering me the option of a new plan (no pressure, but it was a better plan for me) and thoroughly explaining billing so no surprises later. I've had some difficult visits to Verizon but this was definitely the most efficient service I've ever received. Friendly and knowledgable. Thank you Ryan and Mike at the Broadway store.
