Good service. We were hunting for towel hangers to match what we already have. We found some on display but they didn't seem to be in stock. Tyler came to help us and he found a very close alternative and climb up high to pull it down for us. Really appreciated him going above and beyond.

Lowe's has great customer relation policies. I had left a shopping bag of items outside when I loaded up my lumber. I went back to see if anyone had turned it in. After an exhaustive and thorough search, a manager ( Sarah) on duty took my receipt and went through the security video and replaced my items just before wishing me a merry Christmas. Kudos to the staff at Lowes for going out of their way to help me. Love those guys and this is now my store!

Lowe’s Lowe’s Lowe’s well let’s just start with it’s better than Menards and Home Depot. The prices are better. The staff is more friendly and knowledgeable and they will make sure that you do not leave until you are completely satisfied 1000% my favorite store hands-down better than Walmart better than Amazon better than anywhere. 10 stars.

Gabriel does an amazing job! I had him the past couple visits at lowes. He took time to make sure we got the correct items we needed and asked important questions about our projects. If you have Gabe help you, you will be very satisfied!

Jami and Robin were both great and made my checkout a breeze when I didn’t have my Lowe’s card on hand.

I love Lowe's. Helpful staff. I really appreciate them having help "call" buttons around the store. A store manager actually came to help and took his time discussing options with us in the paint department.

The store was out of an item that I had ordered online, but such is the peril of an online inventory system in an imperfect world. The issue was resolved, got what I needed, and was quickly on my way. Very grateful for the help at the customer service desk.

They are ready for Christmas. I went for normal stuff. Fix or upgrade house stuff. I had 3 people ask me if I needed help, and they knew where stuff was. That means a lot.

We always have an enjoyable shopping experience here. We even occasionally bring our dogs, which are welcome if they're well behaved and trained to not potty inside or jump on people.

Staff are always helpful even if they need to find someone more knowledgeable to help you. They never seem bothered by customers asking for help and they even help locate what you need from other stores if they're out of stock.

My wife and I stopped to buy a well water filter. Chris B from the plumbing department took care of us. He showed everything we needed and more. Excellent service. You don’t see that often anymore.

I purchased a battery operated push mower and an employee named Ellen was very helpful with everything that I needed and with the questions that I had. She is the type of employee that all should be modeled after and this company should be grateful and proud to have working for them.

I would like to acknowledge Ellen who works at Lowe’s on coliseum. I don’t usually shop at this Lowe’s but I was on this side of town. I was hesitant about opening a business account but I had no idea of the perks that came with it. Thanks Ellen for enlightening me on what Lowe’s has to offer and get me started with my Lowe’s account!

The staff are amazing and so helpful. I love being able to come into the store and immediately be asked if I need help.
They never hesitate to find what I'm looking for and take the time to walk with me to find it.

I had to pick up a couple a window units.
It took a little bit of time to wait for someone to help load them for me so I walked over to get a couple keys made.
When I got to the keys a employee was finishing up with another customer and came over to help us with the keys.
I told him I was waiting for someone to help load my ac units. He was who they had called but we helping a customer and once he was finished he would help with my items.
And he did.
Him and they the lady at customer service were wonderful and I enjoyed talking with them and all their hard work getting everything I needed.

Wow I'm impressed, very healthy plats,and such a huge variety of plants. Definitely compaction with nurseries!!!🪴😍❤🤍💙 I will be back!

Sabrina was a great help today with my pick up order! I ordered about 10 bags of heavy soil and she loaded them quickly with a smile on her face!

I love Lowe's all the people there are so great they help me get everything I needed for my yard needs by grass seed edging bird baths and even flowers so come check them out for all of your outside needs
