Cafe Blue In Buford

OMG… this is truly a hidden gem right smack in the Mall of Ga area!! It’s right next to a good sushi place my wife and I go to called Wicked Sushi so I decided to stop next door and try an iced coffee. I typically ask if a place has any sugar free flavor options and almost everywhere (including the big chains) just have Sugar Free Vanilla. These guys must have had 4-6 options and recommended the Sugar Free Salted Caramel. I went ahead and got both SF Vanilla and SF Salted Caramel. I agreed it was awesome, but they both were really good. Then my eyes happened to look down at their refrigerated glass counter and there it was…. A whole selection of handmade Macaroons!! Check out the pics I put on here but trust me they look and taste even better in person!! I told them to give me one of every flavor they had and my family had them eaten by the first night! The next time you want to try a cool little local coffee shop or get a little dessert, you gotta try this place!!

We recently traveled to Jamaica and discovered this coffee shop after we got back. So unique that they specifically offer Blue Mountain coffee.

Great selection of specialty drinks. I had to try the blue latte made with butterfly pea flower tea to give the milk a blue tint. Try it!

This place has great coffee!! Keep in mind that they are separate than the location in Duluth so they have different options. The seasonal nutty latte is SOO good! If you are dairy free, they will make the cream part with oatmilk and vanilla. Highly recommend!

Best croissant in Buford! Their Croffle was amazing, and the coffee is 100% Blue Mountain delicious. Very clean, very friendly staff. A must visit cafe.

I just went there 1st time an ordered a Lavender latte 💜, and it's so deliciously perfect. Such a cute, cozy an clean cafe. Tomorrow I'm going back an try a rose latte... yummy...

Quiet little spot with amazing coffee! The staff was very accommodating to my son who ordered a waffle but then wanted one with no toppings. They happily made him another one and of course he devoured it! Really loved the place:)

Really cute place and friendly staff. Great chai tea latte and the London fog with lavender was really good. The blueberry mousse cake is soo yummy. It wasn’t sweet and a nice texture. The bottom jelly is sweeter and adds a nice touch to the overall mousse. The bathroom has a cool history of how coffee was made.

I wanted to visit the Duluth location for the longest time when I realized a Buford location had opened! I had the butterfly pea flower latte, and it tasted almost like an orange creamsicle! My friend had the blue latte and enjoyed it. The cafe is a chill, quiet place to catch up with a friend or study! I would definitely visit again.

croffle was sooo delicious and i really enjoyed my hazelnut latte! really want to come back and try their matcha! the atmosphere was really nice and relaxing and the baristas were so sweet!

The special strawberry shortcake latte is awesome!!!!! Hope it could be added to the regular menu. I used to order hot drinks in the winter, but the iced strawberry shortcake is soooo great with a rich layer of flavor. Their sesame latte and white snow (which offers hot options) are also great

The ambiance in the cafe is wonderful for studying or work. There is lots of seating including an area suitable for standing by the windows and a standing height table. There are plenty of outlets on the walls for charging. They have coffee and tea available for purchase for home brewing. Their selections are exactly what you expect at a small cafe. I am a tea drinker, so I cannot speak for the quality of the coffee, but the tea was excellent (I ordered the ginger tea). They have free wi-fi available as well as bathrooms. The service was quick and friendly and I will definitely be back again.

i had the strawberry milk matcha and banana nut muffin; it was delicious!! plus the barista was very kind and got my drink out quickly despite being the only one working the bar. highly recommend!

It’s not that often I walk into a shop and am amazed at how well done it is, but Cafe Blue did it. Beautiful space! Great furniture and set up for getting work done. Outlets all along the wall. And then not to mention great coffee! They are pulling shots on a beautiful Dalla Corte machine. Whether you want to treat yourself with some of their fun creations or stick to the basics you won’t be mad. Possibly the most important part, very friendly staff!

I’m constantly driving around all parts of metro Atlanta and stopping at coffee shops to work while traveling. Cafe Blue by the Mall of Georgia is consistently the best coffee shop I go too. The coffee is always good, the people are friendly and have great recommendations, and the atmosphere is perfect for relaxing a bit while getting work done. If you’re in the area do yourself a favor and skip the chains. It is very slightly more expensive, but if your tired of burnt tasting coffee and being herded through a long line for at best mediocre coffee, this is the place to go.

Amazing coffee! I got the raspberry white chocolate and it was so yummy, the coffee is very good. Very rich. I really enjoyed my drink and the young ladies were very sweet.

Whenever I want coffee, I always head to Cafe Blue! Great service, wonderful coffee! It’s always fresh and they have a variety of flavors, coffee drinks, and desserts!

Lovely place to get freshly brewed coffee, unique beverages and pastries. I'm really a big fan of the minimalistic logo and appealing interior design of the cafe ~ very well thought out. It's a place you need to try if you're in Buford.

Amazing! Came here last minute with a friend from out of town since a couple other brunch spots were booked up and we were both amazed. Great coffee and the croffle is fantastic. Also highly recommend the Vietnamese Shakerato with oatmilk. The espresso ice cubes are a nice touch

Absolutely delicious! We wanted a nice coffee spot to relax in for a while. The shop is beautifully decorated and very clean. They have nice music playing and are very friendly. We went for the pistachio cream cold brew and the strawberry milk matcha. Both were absolutely amazing! My boyfriend used to work at Starbucks and these drinks are much tastier and better quality. Definitely want to come again.
