Excellent customer service. My husband called to check if parts were available and received quick and friendly service over the phone. When he got to the store he was greeted by more outstanding customer service. Got what he needed and got out in a timely fashion. The store was sparkling clean too. Haven’t had such a great experience in a store of any kind in a long time. Great job staff!

Super great place to buy quality parts. I was looking for a Fan Relay for my Wrangler. I had called a few other places, but they didn't have it on hand and Napa had it. Glad to have a Napa in Cheyenne and I saved a bit of money with a Military discount. The Dodge/Jeep dealer was closed for a Holiday... I'm just super happy that they were open today to fix my jeep.

Got some of the best prices on decent windshield wiper blades here... Although overpriced, still better than EVERYWHERE in the whole town as far as I've found... And my new Napa blade are just dreamy. The service provided was top notch as always at Napa auto.

Absolutely amazing service. The building is full of knowledgeable staff who are capable of finding difficult items with little to nothing to go off of. There's hardly ever a wait and you are warmly greeted upon entering the store. 9 times out of 10 they have the part in stock, when they don't it's typically there the next day.

Excellent and kind service!

I recently bought some rotors and pads after having transmission work done on my car. The auto shop (not NAPA, the repair shop) really stressed how worn down my pads were and I needed to change them ASAP. I decided to take on that work myself since it was comparatively trivial, turns out they have another 30k miles or so left..

At any rate, I lost the receipt somewhere between the purchase and the garage. Glenn was able to look up the receipt just off a part number and the date of the sale, and was able to get exactly what I needed with a very quick turn around. Frankly speaking, I have seen other retail employees struggle with operations like this, so this was a relief and made everything so much easier than it might otherwise have been.

Both times I have dealt with the folks at this location were really great. Although I didn't end up needing the parts right now, it's excellent to know there are great people working at this location. You want that kind of quality support from behind the counter when things don't go quite right; it's easy when everything goes the way it should.

Glen the owner is kind, nice and very helpful. He is the reason I will be back and recommend anyone that has an issue to speak with him before they leave unhappy. Thanks for helping the military out. They have the parts and get them fast. Guys in there know what they are doing so I'll be back. Rack and pinion OE quality.

Fast service. I tried to order a battery online and when I went to pick it up we discovered the battery the website suggested was underpowered. Their friendly staff got me hooked up with what I needed and sent me on the way, same price so not a pushy up sell. Honors AAA discount.

Very helpful and through about checking my electrical system for problems and helped me determine it was my air conditioner clutch shorting out. Allowed me to drive home without as much worry as anything else witch would have stopped me from driving home. I need to stop bye again and thank them again for being so helpful. Great people there.

Employees are very polite and extremely helpful. I’m painting a car for the first time and a man with the name rich gave me a whole bunch of helpful info on what to do.

They've always got the part that I can't find anywhere else. If you want the good stuff you got to pay a couple extra bucks and I have no problem with that. Napa is one of the better part store chains with Quality Name Brand Parts and this Napa has excellent counter people always willing to help with a smile and very knowledgeable about cars, parts and automotive paints and supplies.

Best parts house in town. Knowledgeable staff, and well stocked. I visit this store most days each week. Wether I am looking for maintenance or repair parts for equipment I am working on, or for my own vehicles, these folks get me taken care of.
