I absolutely Love this Starbucks! The staff is always friendly and the atmosphere is quiet. They have a large selection of drinks and food!

I love everything about our “home” Starbucks. We are so fortunate to have such amazing and kind baristas! They always make me smile. Drinks are always perfect!

I really only go for the coffee, but it has been excellent every time. Staff are super friendly and welcoming each time. Even if I'm just doing drive-thru. But what impressed me most was when the place was absolutely slammed a few months ago, with a long line of cars, and long lines in store at the counter. Staff were under a lot of stress, but the baristas were on fire, flying through their orders. And the friendliness and professionalism of all the staff never cracked.

Sophie and Hattie are the best. Ask them for the vanilla bean latte special. Just great people and great coffee. The kindest sweetest people make it even better!!!

I rarely go to Starbucks but this was a great visit. The young lady was understanding and patient and she helped me know what to order. The warm chocolate chip cookie was amazing as was the coffee. Well done!

I’ve been here like twice so far after moving to Pulaski and when I tell you that this Starbucks DID NOT DISAPPOINT!! They make my frapp SO good compared to other Starbucks I’ve been to.

Coffee is life. Everyone here is always super nice & I have never had a drink made incorrectly.

Went through drive thru and the barista was so friendly! Everything was amazing!

Everyone is super friendly an if there's something not right with the order they fix it right away without question! Fast service especially at 0600!!

This location has some of the friendliest employees, and they seem to really enjoy their jobs. I wanted to give a huge shout-out to Elijah at the drive thru window. She's always so cheerful and upbeat. She always provides excellent customer service. Elijah is the best!

Drinks were on point like always! The girls loved their cake pops too!

Came in for a quite Monday morning to catch up on work, and they offered me a free breakfast sandwich! First time here, and this was icing on the cake, great staff that was having a good time behind the counter, and the new store obviously didn’t hurt. I have to shout out the great service and thoughtfulness!

I only got my drink wrong once it was during a very busy time. I would say that the service and drinks/food would be better than most locations I go to when it comes to Starbucks. The convenience is really helped, it's definitely makes me want to continue going there. Need a quick caffeine fixed then, Starbucks is always a great option.

This is such an awesome Starbucks. I needed to take a call while on I-81 going through Virginia. This was one of the friendliest and cleanest Starbucks I’ve ever seen and I’ve been to a lot of them!

This is by far the best starbucks I have ever been too. I've been going here since the day they opened and I'm from South Dakota. The manager is amazing and has worked through the post, opening issues perfectly.

Stopped by at 3pm on a Saturday (which I never do.) They were PACKED! Full house inside drive-thru wrapped around. And still all the batistas were buzzing around with smiles, being polite, not snapping or being short tempered. Sure it took longer. But they did everything as quickly, politely and professionaly as possible.

Fairlawn Starbucks is absolutely amazing!! Kalee is always friendly and is great at interacting with the customers and always so friendly with her employees!! I have never had a bad experience at this Starbucks!!

Looks like it's going to be a nice Starbucks. This will probably be the same format as the new ones in Christiansburg that have the drive-thru and patio seating area outside. It looks like it is almost finished. The sign says they are now hiring. I'm not sure when the opening date will be though.
