10/10 stars. They made our recent move from Arlington to Centreville SO much easier than previous ones. We saved $700 with our moving company because the bins made everything organized and we saved 2 hours on our estimated move time. The dolleys are super convenient to roll the bins around your house during the packing process. The rental cost was less than what we have paid for traditional moving supplies. Plus there’s no waste at the end! Win win win. Our realtor is now recommending this company to her clients!

Our move in northern Virginia was very efficient thanks to Borrow A Bin. Great concept, minimal waste of paper and plastic, and the stackable bins made it possible to securely pack and move a large quantity without much effort! I have already recommended the service to 10 of my friends.

This company was fantastic! Love the concept of reusable moving bins, because cardboard boxes just get thrown away, and Borrow-A-Bin is way cheaper than buying the equivalent cardboard boxes. Jason dropped the bins off promptly and in clean condition. When I asked if we could get more bins they worked with me to accommodate my request. Having the dollies to push the bins around was very useful and made it easier to navigate my small space when moving.
I’ve been telling my friends about this company for a week now. Would encourage literally anyone I know who is moving locally to use this company! Great experience!

We loved using the bins! Easy to load, stack and roll. We had a short move from 1st floor to 5th floor, and reused them over and over. Easy drop off and pickup service. A terrific improvement over wasteful hard-to-pack boxes.

I heard about borrow a bin from my mom who used this company and I thought the process was super easy. I called and made the appointment for them to be dropped off (they were very accommodating with my work schedule). Bins were easy to pack and securely shut to keep all my stuff safe. I also added the wardrobe box which fit a ton of clothing inside. A very useful piece of equipment that came with the bins was a Dolley which we used throughout the entire move for other furniture. Bins were picked up at the end of my move, again, according to my schedule and they even extended my time with the bins to unpack since I moved during new years weekend. I would definitely use them again!

This is my second time using Borrow A Bin Moving Boxes. It’s so convenient to order online, have the bins delivered to your door, and then picked up from your new home. It’s a good value also, buying boxes isn’t cheap and you have to dispose of them afterward, which is wasteful and bad for the environment. The bins arrive clean, with zip ties and labels. They also have great customer service, both times I used their service they called me a couple days before my scheduled pickup to see if I needed an extension. They are always pleasant over the phone and in-person. Highly recommend.

They were fantastic! Borrow a Bin were really easy to work with and the boxes were really fairly priced, especially compared to cardboard boxes. The bins themselves are really sturdy which is nice and do not require packing tape, so not only did I not have extra cardboard waste but I didn’t have extra packing tape waste. The only downside is they are kind of heavy which weren’t a problem for the movers but was harder on me when I had to move something myself. But if you make use of the dolly, it’s much easier. Highly recommend!

I’ve been using them for a few years now, it has really changed the way I move. It’s really convent to just set the drop off day and pickup day and not have to stress about boxes during moving time. Bins have also always come clean and they store my belongings much more secure than cardboard.

Borrow a Bin was incredibly helpful. Having the plastic boxes simplified moving a ton and saved a lot of time since I didn’t need to fold up, tape, and break down boxes. Drop off and pick up were also a blessing. Mike in the DMV service area was great! I’ll absolutely use Borrow A Bin again and cannot recommend them enough.

We used Borrow a Bin for our recent move. We were looking into purchasing our own boxes, but didn’t want to incur the costs or have to deal with the many additional boxes after unpacking. Our trailer size meant that we were going to have to make multiple trips, so we used these boxes heavily with about 3 trips per box back and forth. The boxes came in small, lots of medium, and large sizes; all were sturdy and stacked nicely on top of each other when full or empty. Drop off and pickup were simple and efficient. We definitely recommend the service to anyone else that has a similar need.

I wish I would’ve known about this service sooner. It was phenomenal. I also wish I would have ordered more bins. The whole experience was seamless. I even adjusted how long I needed the bins and their team was extremely responsive and flexible. This was the best part of my move. Can’t recommend enough

I first learned of the concept of moving bins from an office move at work a couple of years ago. I wanted to do the same for our house move as well. It was one of the best decisions I made :)

I didn't have to worry about buying flimsy and mismatched cardboard boxes, I bouch filler packing and rented these bins. They accommodated everything from delicate kitchenware to tools in the garage and everything in between.

I looked online for prices, this company had the best service and pricing. I ordered the bin online. They dropped off the bins at my old home, then picked them up at the new address.

We were initially worried about how clean the bins would be, but that was not an issue. They were cleaned spotless and odorless. We did not hesitate to put anything in the bins.

These were sturdy and high-quality bins, we stacked packed bins in the truck and drove an hour away then unloaded. About a tower of 8 bins each, No problem. These bins were amazingly strong.

Borrow A Bin was reasonably priced with an easy to use website and great customer service that made it convenient to extend our rental for another week at a no-brainer rate. The bins were in like-new condition, clean, and came with dollies that made loading our trailer a cinch. We would absolutely use them again.

Very satisfied with my experience with Borrow A Bin. I found Borrow A Bin offered a better value in terms of the number of bins for the price compared to another local bin rental company, which is why I chose Borrow A Bin. I liked that I could add the rental of moving blankets, a hand truck, furniture dollies, and more to my reservation; a great feature for those who don't have a local hardware store nearby. The representative, Jason, was friendly and communicative about the drop off and pick up times. He offered to bring more bins on short notice should I need them, which I appreciated. The bins themselves were sturdy, sparkling clean, and in excellent shape.

These bins helped created our most organized move yet! They won’t rip open on the bottom if your tape comes lose, the sizing options are perfect, and they stack on each other when full, allowing movers to move many more bins at once than they could with traditional boxes. The provided custom dollies also made it much easier for us to fill bins and move them out of the way without having to carry full boxes around our apartment. And, if you have cats who chew cardboard or climb on everything, these are cat resistant and stable when stacked (so cats can climb them without knocking over a box tower). The seamless drop off and pick up option was also perfect. I can’t recommend these bins enough!

Moved almost every year or every other year since living in the city and this is by far the easiest and cheapest way to do it by far. Jason who dropped my bins off was super helpful, and timely. The bins themselves are extremely sturdy and great quality. 10/10 recommend.
