The cash register (Bear) was so helpful and inviting. He greeted everyone at the door and helped me work the photo computer very quickly. I usually hate going into stores and he made it so worth while! thank you!

After 6+ months of them consistently getting it right, it’s time to change the review. :)
After having a horrible experience last year I spoke with an area manager who took the feedback seriously. Since then I’ve spoken with Ali, the pharmacy manager, every month, and filling my scripts has greatly improved. The entire process isn’t without aggravations…I still wait on hold for 39 minutes to then be hung up on, etc.
But overall, their customer service, professionalism, and attention to detail has truly turned around with Ali running things. Ali, keep up the amazing work - it hasn’t gone unnoticed!

The Ladies at CVS Pharmacy made my year!!! Got my son's meds and a much needed discount. I appreciate everyone of the hard working Pharmacy Experts!!! I WILL go to them again with appreciation!! These times are tough. They are giving us a service our loved ones can't do without!! Be Thanful!!

I was hesitant to switch here because of some of the reviews. But, I’ve never had such good service from
a Pharmacy. Their computer system is totally up to date. Staff are more efficient than any I’ve dealt with here. It was very good in IL, also. They are kind, helpful. Keep up the EXCELLENT JOB and I’d certainly recommend you as being the VERY BEST PHARMACY in North Port FL! Thank you for making things so much more pleasant.

I have to say that when i first read the reviews i was very nervous to use this pharmacy especially being im from out of state but this had to be the best experience i have ever had at a CVS pharmacy including the ones in NY. The tech was extremely sweet and they did not give me a hard time at all. So not sure why people are so harsh because its definitely not what my experience was. I will continue to use this location when im visiting North Port !!!!!!

Store is always clean and well stocked. Employees are very pleasant. Recently I had difficulty printing some pictures, Jay, one of the supervisors went out of his way to be helpful. Always a pleasant experience shopping there.

Miss Colleen, the pharmacist, filled my prescription in a very nice and timely manner. All the pharmacy employees are very courteous, and respectful, when handling taking care of the customers that need their prescriptions.

The whole team, shift leader and management staff at this store is amazing they always go above and beyond to try to help whenever needed! I appreciate them helping me when I'm unable to find something and even talked me into a Care pass which I love getting the extra $10 ecb each month!
