We have shopped at Ponseti’s Shoes for years and each visit is an amazing experience with this company. The customer service is outstanding, and the shoes are exactly what I was looking for. Zach, Gabby and the team are very professional, courteous to the customer and knowledgeable about the shoes and sizing for children. They went above and beyond to help me find the perfect dress shoe for the holidays. We would highly recommend Ponseti’s Shoes. We admittedly bought most of our daughter’s shoes online at first, but Ponseti’s has quickly become our favorite place to get new, affordable shoes for our 2 year old. She loves shoes and is obsessed with each new pair we get from here. The staff is pleasant to work with and the owner is almost always in-store to welcome you himself and assist with any hiccups. Even when the store is jam packed with customers, their teamwork is smooth and consistent, resulting in a steady flow. I’ve had my first child’s shoes for nearly ten years now & if my second child’s feet weren’t so stubby he’s be wearing them as well; maybe I need to get them on sooner come the next one 😅 Get your baby’s first pair always from Ponseti’s & go for Footmate’s brand!

We came in with our 1.5 year old who has super wide feet. They were able to help give him a perfect fit shoe and were beyond helpful! We will be back for sure. We also like that it is a family owned company.

The man that work there was very nice to me and my babies really was patience the shoes were reasonable prices. Thank God for him and his store bc the other stores that was selling baby hard bottom shoes had shut down.
