Amirah provided fantastic customer service both over the phone and later in the store. She cleared up the different points of our bill clearly and patiently, explained the different promos available to us and presented multiple choices.
The store is clean and well put together, and staff was very helpful and respectful.

Associate manager went above and beyond to help me figure out the steps to fixing my phone. He went out of his way to even help me set up an appointment with Apple. They’re really nice at this location. 👍🏼

I decided to switch from Verizon to Tmobile and came into this branch. Brandon helped me and did such a great job! He talked about different options and switched me over painlessly. He even gave me a swag bag with different fun items like an umbrella and coffee cup from T-mobile Tuesday. Super impressive customer service!

Was lied to at this store about a trial for the 5g home internet. We were told we could bring it bring the modem into the store within 2 weeks if we were not satisfied. We did just that and now we cant even return it at the store.

Giovanni was great at helping me fix my phone. I went to another store and they were absolutely not helpful and unprofessional. But this young man knew what he was doing with my
Andriod. TY!!

I decided today was the day to get a new phone and boy was it ever. I had the BEST costumer service representative named Stephanie. She was down to earth and all around friendly. Even her co workers and mangers were all around great. She was able to help get me my new phone and a great deal on accessories within budget. I highly recommended going to this store because they really do try to get you the best deals and make the process fun and engaging. Even during the epidemic. Thank you again Stephanie and your whole store for my new iPhone 11 Pro 🙌🏽

I haven't had many good experiences at Spring stores after being a customer of theirs for about 12 years. There's typically a long wait and the customer service employees don't typically have the answers to my questions.

That being said, I had the opposite experience here. The woman I worked with helped me move from an iPhone to a Google pixel with no problem at all. Completely seamless and was able to explain any changes being made to my account.
