CHKD Thrift Store

Stopped here and was pleasantly surprised. Met a young man whose name starts with E and had nice hair and goatee that was superb. His knowledge of the place was very helpful and I can’t wait to shop again. Store was neat, well lit and good music. Great shopping experience.

Not bad. Guy at counter was friendly. Scored some Squishmallows.

One of our favorite thrift stores in VA Beach Norfolk area. They have a number of stores in the tidewater area. CHKD seem to always have a good inventory and overall prices seem competitive with the other thrift stores in the same nearby area. They have discount days and the stores all have friendly staff.

Bright &well organized. Reasonable price and they support a good cause. Win Win

While I didn't find much for Hanukkah I did find 2 beautiful plaid shirts which is my new obsession.

Such a lovely store. The staff was exceptionally friendly. There was a tall, attractive, muscular man that accepted my donations with open arms. This is my secret spot to buy shoes at such a low price. It's my favorite thrift store because I know the proceeds are going to a GREAT cause.

I love this thrift store so underrated! I always find so much stuff here! I usually look for plus sized clothes and they always have a lot of great stuff! Their prices are also very reasonable. It’s at a great location. This is my favorite thrift in the whole area!

The customer service is fine, and the selection is great. Usually have a lot of nice kids toys :)

Was welcomed as I arrived. It's been 3+ months since being able to venture into stores. I found what I was looking for right away, but of course came out with a few more items that I couldn't resist! It was very clean and easy to keep social distance. Happy it is open again! V.V

Not a huge selection but the prices are much lower than competitors in the area. I needed to borrow a tape measure for the piece of furniture I was looking at and they had one I hand for me to use. Everyone seemed nice to me and the checkout line was quick.

First time here and it's amazing how different the items are from the stores closer to me. Will return next time I'm out this way.

My favorite local thrift store. Great for anything but especially best for clothes, bathing suits, shoes, and electronics. Awesome ladies plus size selection. Be sure to round up your total and donate the change!

Always come here when I wanna spend some cash on clothing etc., they have nice stuff but you gotta sample.. And be careful cuz looks may be deceiving at times.. So, good luck on your shopping here.... Only problem, they got only two bathroom.., which means., you gotta wait in line if all two are occupied!!

Great customer service! Excellent employees, they are great helpers when you ask for ther advice on something. Also makes you feel love and always welcome..love this store

Always have what I need - nice plus size section, great furniture and electronics selection. Don't let the size of the place fool you! My go-to for 3 years.

Love the selection and the prices. The ppl who work there are helpful and organized. Just plain awesome.

One of my favorite places to visit. Most of my books came from there. Feels good knowing some of the proceeds go to help the kids.

This is a good place to find handbags, jewelry, and semi formal dresses. Lots of ineresting things to look at. Plus the money goes to a good cause.
