Literally the best donuts I’ve ever had in my life sheesh!!! They are made to order so they are fresh as can be. The coffee is also amazing! Will definitely return so glad there is amazing donuts on this side of the county

This cafe is so cool! The atmosphere is lovely, nice and quiet. They had jazz music playing in the background which added such a cozy vibe to the already chill decor and seating. Very comfy seats too and the space is nice and clean. Their chai tea latte is to die for! So creamy and has a great spice level that warms your insides in a delightful way. I LOVED their honey sea salt chai doughnut as well! I don't normally care for doughnuts all that much, but this one I would buy a whole dozen of! 😋

The most delicious doughnuts I've ever had, better than some of the known names in Portland. They're made to order (so budget a 5-10min wait) and are delectable.

The coffee and chai are delicious, and they sell the chai in bulk and have a bottle refilling station on site. The cafe is part of a local mall that has a great food court you can access through the back of the cafe/you can get into Neo via any door of the Rockwood Mall and cut in via the food court. I will definitely go back anytime I'm in the area.

Parking in the two mall parking lots can be crowded, but there is street parking and a couple businesses nearby that are currently vacant that have parking spaces out front.

The donuts are made to order and they are SO incredible. Especially the chai sugar. This is also the best chai I’ve ever had, what a treasure to have this in outer E Portland!

I love this cafe, it has a mellow vibe and the staff is super friendly. The best part is the chi tea! It is smooth with the perfect blend of sweetness and spice. Have it hot or iced or take a jug home to make yourself. Don't forget the made to order delicious mini donuts, hot out of the cooker and just the right size with your choice of toppings.
On Sat. Dec. 23rd they are doing a fund raiser to support hungry children displaced by war in North East India. Neo Cafe is donating 100% of the proceeds to the Tribal Minorities of Manipur. They will be open from 10am to 4pm on Sat!

AMAZING. CHAI! Seriously, fresh ground spices, quality ingredients, as good or better than in India, and with regular, oat, or almond milk, too.

This little place is amazing! I love that their flavored coffee isn't over sweetened like most places. Their donuts are to die for! But the star of the show has to be their chai. It is amazing!

Phenomenal gem of a coffee shop tucked into Rockwood Market Hall! This is also the home base of my #1 favorite chai concentrate in all of Portland! It is my daily drink and is worth trying in person. When you’re stopping in for chai or a coffee, treat yourself to some of their chai batter donuts! They are made-to-order and are absolutely heavenly!

A lovely little coffeeshop tucked into an industrial space in the corner of the food hall. I had a cortado and the chai donuts, both of which were fantastic.

Was in on grand opening great location and great donuts. The donuts are smaller similar to a pips donuts. They taste also similar but I think a little better then pips.

The Chai though!! So good that we have to grab a growler. The Belgian Waffle was great too and the Donuts.

The powers above had heard the call to have truly delicious chai, donuts, and coffee available in outer SE/gresham area. The donut maker Josie is a quiet mad scientist somehow making honey and salt donuts even more lovely than the famous Pips of Portland. The owner is sincere and clearly dedicated. They need more business in order open on the weekends I think(??) so please go here!! But parking is a challenge!

This place has great coffee and I have never liked Chai before but his chai was so good. And her waffles and the chai donuts are so good.

Fantastic service. The people were beyond nice! The coffee was the Best I can remember every having and I'm 65 so I have some history.

You will not be disappointed, next time we're going to try the donuts 😋

Got a delicious traditional macchiato and cold brew. They roast their own coffee. I’ll definitely be back to try more varieties.

Unfortunately, all I had was a strawberry Italian Soda. It was delicious, though, and makes me want more! The employees were very kind and friendly, and the general atmosphere was very nice, even being busy. Loved the decoration and the jazz music in the background, and the two chairs in the corner with the pillows are probably the comfiest chairs I've ever sat on in my life. If you want a good place to stop, hang out, and get some food or drinks, DEFINITELY put this place on your list!

UPDATE: Tried the doughnuts. They're pretty great too!! Very unique.

I met a friend for a coffee date! So nice to finally have a little shop in the neighborhood.
The cold brew was great and the donuts were delicious! They have regular or chai cake batter, and you can pick an assortment of toppings! We tried the chai, they were super light and fluffy. All the toppings were good, but I'll be dreaming about the blueberry earl gray topping it was so tasty!

Super cute place I ran into, matcha and doughnuts were so delicious. Customer service was great, the two ladies working were so nice. Thank you!!

Best Coffee in Rockwood. They also make their own Chai. But the big secret is the have made to order mini donuts and waffles. This place is wonderful and the staff is fantastic. So thankful to have a great coffee shop in the neighborhood!
