Visiting from out of town for Cheyenne Frontier Days. Ida is the best Sandwich Artist I have experienced in a long time. I worked at Subway many years ago so I am incredibly picky when it comes to how my sandwich is made and the service I receive at Subway. She was attentive, friendly, and changed her gloves in between multi tasking. She was super fast with my large order as well!

There's a reason I'm a regular at this Subway shop. Jasmine always takes care of me with top notch customer service a true professional!
She's on top of her game always. The rest of the staff are friendly and knowledgeable, always make sure I'm happy.Heads above all othe sub shops and fast food chains bar none. Simply outstanding 👏!

Good clean Subway in downtown Cheyenne. I don't know what it is about this city, but cleaning doesn't ever seem to be a priority. So when I find a place as clean and well maintained as this I want to leave a positive note about that.

The staff was also very friendly and fast, and were very well prepared for all the various covid issues.

IMO, best Subway in town!

I re-evaluate often. This was indeed my favorite Subway. My favorite place to order a sub sammie no more. The turkey or chicken whatever it was had a flavor and smell of shrimp/seafood. I don't think i have ever had such a terrible sandwich at a subway sandwich shop. Service was very fast.

I only came in for a cup of water after a long day of driving. But they gave me a free cup of cold water without a second glance so hey, 5 star visit in my book. I'm sure their food is good too.

I love Subway and this particular Subway is very clean inside and out and yes even the restrooms. The building was a muffler shop back in the 80s and before that it was a full service gas station in the 60s and 70s. Anyway Subway always has good sandwiches so if you're in the downtown area stop into this one and have a bite

SIMON at Subway 1802 Central Ave in downtown Cheyenne is the best!! This is our newest go-to place to grab a bite on Sunday evenings! I had to write about Simon. Yes, the food is good, the place is very clean even on a Sunday evening. But Simon is the best. If you have an "Employee of the Month" it should be Simon. Mobile orders were coming in, there were 2 at the register paying and a gentleman standing at the order station and Simon greeted us upon entry. He took out paper to do the mobile order and the man at the order station went almost ballistic as he was "next". Simon took a moment and explained the DoorDash Mobile App and the man became more irritated since he was "next". Then the DoorDash person came in with the bright red DoorDash Bag and still the man wanted to cut in line. So, DoorDash (former military) took a seat and the man got his way. Simon never loss his cool even at his young age! Cudos Simon!! He was very professional and quickly took care of the obnoxioius man and then without a blink of the eye did the mobile order and off went the DoorDash delivery. Clean and spacious environment. Easy access with large on site parking. Handicapped parking space available and the restaurant itself is mostly handicapped accessible. Does not have automatic doors for entry and exiting.

They didn't have "pizza", but they were able to make one from on hand ingredients. Thanks for being creative with me!
