Alex is the epitome of "locally owned business done right". He's friendly, honest, and as competitive as he can possibly be. If he doesn't have something you want or need, he'll do what he can to get either it or a suitable replacement. If it wasn't for his knowledge and general helpfulness I never would have been able to make the transition from smoking nearly two packs a day to vaping. If there's anything you need or any questions you have, stop in. You won't be disappointed.

The staff here is awesome. Walking into this shop three years ago I wouldn't have known that I would have made a lot of new friends and people I have a lot in common with. The people here know their business. This is the BEST vape shop in Alaska, there's no reason to go anywhere else.

Great store, Friendly employees, Great prices. They actually took the time to explain everything to me. Not knowing much I learned a lot more through them. The flavor's they have are amazing as well. I just recommend if you're new to Fairbanks, AK and you want a vapor stop here first. Soldiers, civilians, and others stop by!

Don't usually shop local unless I have to. Was expecting super high prices cause were in AK but Ice Fog had ejuice varying from all ranges. One guy was busy inventoring while I was attempting to ask questions but couple others walked right up and helped me out. Great place overall 👍
