Dunkin'

This was a very good place to refresh in the afternoon. There was an outdoor table, so I could relax and enjoy coffee and donuts in the shade.
The staff were very kind, especially Julie was very welcoming and kind to us, so were able to give a nice donut to our new friend.

Wow such great large quantities for much less than the other big bucks store! And with a variety of food options that were tasty plus a donut for dessert later. My new favorite starting point for the day. And a reward program

We arrive around 6 pm and they were running off donuts but the chocolate one i got was good!! The coffee was ok. I have had better capuchino.

Stopped in for some coffee and donuts for our team . Tgebcustimer service was great. Super personable cashier. The munchkins were we super fresh and tastey!

Clean, efficient employees, pleasant employees. A calm, chill environment that smells wonderfully of coffee and doughnuts! Good seating inside, and outside seating too!
And, of course....Nommmm!!

Super helpful even though we came in late for an ice cream treat. They very patiently waited as our 6 kids chose their flavors. Then they kindly informed us that they were closing in 15 minutes, but we could hang out until then. We had a wonderful experience!

We were there for the Baskin Robbins ice cream. It is always great. The donuts looked good, but we didn't have any.

Love their drinks and donuts. Very friendly staff. I really like their cappuccino blasts (probably because they’re made with ice cream instead of ice). They are often out of some type of donut, however they have so many choices, they probably have something pretty close to the donut I originally wanted.

Avocado toast sent chills all the way down to the pinky toes. Life changing. Seriously. This sounds sarcastic but it’s not. I ordered one and i literally went through extreme humiliation to order another just two minutes later. 🫰

Always love going to this location. Coffee is excellent and the girls are so kind. They tend to not have a significant amount of jelly munchkins, but I've never had a problem here. Love the egg wrap with white cheddar 😍

Better prices than the other coffee shops. I prefer their coffee over the other shops as it doesn't give me heartburn or upset my stomach. Plus , when they give you your receipt, there's a coupon on it where you can save a $1.00 on your next drink visit. If you download the app,there are a lot more discounts they offer

First time being in Dunkin' Donuts since childhood! We were greeted right away when we walked in. Store seemed clean, always a good thing! They were all wearing masks and gloves when touching the food. The younger gentleman was very patient with us picking out which donuts we wanted in our dozen. Great customer service! Enjoyable experience, we would definitely go back!

I really enjoyed the fast service and the wonderful apple fritter. It must've been freshly made because it was fabulous. Thanks! The store was also clean and welcoming.

We have made Dunkin Donuts our regular meeting place for a few weeks and the staff is amazing! Very friendly and professional. The inside is inviting, very clean, and the outside seating area is as well. Coffee is always fresh, and of course so are the donuts!

So, I'm gluten intolerant so no donuts for me! But they do have some nice lattes including a green tea latte. Seems like the other coffee place is always out of my favs lately so I've been getting more drinks here.

The team at Dunkin Cottonwood work very hard. I even had a problem with reward points and the manager took the time to address my needs and made sure I got my points. I have had warm welcoming hello's when I walk in and I truly enjoy the experience. They are at a normal pace now it's hard to rate a location when it first opens it's chaos and I still had a great experience. Please let the Cottonwood team know thank you for being of the community.

Love Dunkin and so excited to have one in our little town. I downloaded the app and it is super easy. Walk in order ready and on the counter. Excited for the newness to wear off so that the parking lot is easier to get in and out of. Love the iced coffee with cream and Carmel swirl 😋

I would like to say that I love this place I take my kids often there. Rebecca is the best employee there. I love it when I am helped by her. She is very polite and knows what she is doing. She always has a smile in her face. That’s the kind of employee every place should hire.

So happy to have Dunkin in our town! Everytime we go the staff is amazing and friendly. They have a cold brew coffee on tap that is the best I've ever had. If you like coffee, you should try it. The treats are yummy too.

Great place for coffe and donuts! Super friendly staff! I have never had a problem going there:) those who rate this store 1 star for petty reviews really don’t understand what the workers have to deal with every single day, including rude people expecting everything to perfection.
