I visit the Sundance store at Green Hills a couple times each month because there is always something new to see. They have beautiful clothes and jewelry and styles that appeal to every taste. All the staff are so friendly and helpful, I look forward to seeing them as much as shopping there. I always feel welcomed and valued as a customer. This is one of my favorite stores for women's clothes, jewelry and purses.

Sundance has been my favorite unique one of a kind clothing store for the past 10 years. I was fortunate enough to visit the mall at green hills Nashville Tn. I was greeted by an employee named Monica she was very knowledgeable about all of the Sundance styles and products she was also committed to being like my personal stylist during my visit if something didn’t fit properly she did not hesitate to bring another size or suggest a new item to try on. I now call Monica when I have questions when ordering on line. It is extremely rare these days to experiences exceptional customer service Monica is an employee I would want working for my company a true gem .

I noticed the Desert Escape Cardigan online and fell in love with it. I was undecided on the size to order. The ladies at The Green Hills Nashville TN store went above and beyond to assist me over the phone as I live several hours away. I received my sweater today, the fit is perfect and the sweater is even more beautiful in person. Thanks to a great staff and outstanding customer service!!

I've had wonderful experiences shopping in person and over the phone at this beautiful store. Everyone is so incredibly nice and helpful, it makes me feel like I'm shopping with dear friends. Angela always steers me in the right direction and is spot on with what is right for me. Thank you ladies!!

I have visited this store a couple of times since moving to Nashville. The staff are always friendly and helpful, but without being pushy. I appreciated the time they took to tell me the stories behind some of their products. The products are of good quality and look great. And I absolutely love their jewelry - the rings especially. Such a variety of styles.

After a long search, UPS, USPS and two trips to your store, I had the most positive experience ever w/Monica at Green Hills store. She solved the issue and ensured a loyal customer.

This is my favorite store in Nashville. The staff is amazing. They make me feel like a million bucks. Graham is extremely helpful and goes out of her way to find my size when it is not in the store. Love love love my shopping experience and I hate to shop!!! Keep up the great work ladies!!

I generally despise going to the mall. The ONLY store that actually gets me into a mall is the Sundance store at Green Hills. I literally drool over all the jewelry and all of my favorite gifts come from there. The staff is attentive and professional so I never feel like I am being pressured and always feel like they are genuinely happy to be there. It's just a cool place to be and find unique gifts.

Monica, was a most fantastic salesperson via telephone at this store! She took my order for the TokyoBay Watch and I received it within a week! It’s outstanding and a birthday gift for a new 18 year old. Kudos to you Monica of Sundance! I have purchased numerous items from your Sundance stores and catalogs and will remain a loyal customer. Love this store!!! The manager and staff are all so incredibly helpful and friendly. The jewelry is beautiful, one of a kind pieces. I love the rings, necklaces and bracelets I bought and wear them all the time. Their clothes and shoes are super cool too. Highly recommend shopping here!!!

The Sundance store is a real respite from all the other more typical brands found at most mall stores. It’s actually very relaxing to shop in this store, the staff is wonderful and the store is well stocked with very unique clothing and accessories. I was shopping for Christmas gifts and found so many wonderful things I left with sweaters and leg warmers for myself too!

These ladies were so kind, helpful, supportive, gracious, and encouraging. The last stop in a very long day and they turned my whole day around. They helped me choose a butter soft leather jacket and beautiful, long gown with intricate detailing. They reminded me to choose what I wanted; a look that was totally me - which really set the tone for the day and event. Thank you so much for all your help and I hope to stop in again soon.
