Mavericks Creperie

We visited this place on Black Friday. We didn’t want to shop we wanted to go to the ocean. On the way tor he beach we stopped by Mavericks. We were glad we did.
My daughter had one of their Savory Crepes and really enjoyed it. My wife ordered their French Toast with Walnuts which she liked and there were 6 pieces. I had a Denver Omelette with potatoes and Wheat Toast (excuse the Ketchup in the picture - I dug in before remembering to take a picture). The coffee is also really good also.
If you are in the area - stop by you won’t be disappointed- in my opinion.

Mavericks Creperie is a chill place to have breakfast. The place has a welcoming and relaxing atmosphere. The food is ver delicious, although they give too much food on their servings. I had the S'mores crepe, which was sweet. I also had hot chocolate to drink, and I really enjoyed it. This place has delicious food and beverages.

Nice spot for breakfast in Half Moon bay. They have plenty of options for all tastes.

We loved the Nutella strawberry banana crepe.

From the salty side we went with the basics eggs Benedict

They have a patio and a Peets coffee on the side for those who wants a fancy coffee.

Great selection in a bright and cheerful space. An above average crepe and the variety makes it a nice place to revisit.

Best Oatmeal Pancakes that I have ever had. Delicious savory and sweet crepes. We drove 2.5 hours just to come back for the food and we’ll do it again.

Do yourself a favor and stop here for a crepe. I had the Barcelona this morning. Sauté mushrooms, spinach, sweet onions and fontina cheese. Yummy!

We stopped in here not knowing what to expect, but this place is excellent. The food was great! My co-worker ordered the oatmeal pancakes and he said they were the best pancakes he ever had! I ordered an omelette and it was delicious too. Fresh ingredients, friendly service. I took a photo of the menu because this place is so awesome you have to see what they have to offer.

Rainy day brought us to pick up local crab and supporting this local business. Inviting atmosphere very clean and spacious. Delicious crepes 👍🏼😍. Loved the Santorini & Jamaican. Will return with our families & crew!

Good crepery in Half Moon Bay if you’re looking for breakfast, brunch, or lunch. We tried two of their crepes, perfectly done.

Comes with a side of potatoes and salads. Honestly enough to share one between two people. Crepe was thin and nicely cooked.

Plenty of indoor and outdoor seating.

Service was a bit slow, did seem like they were understaffed.

Great breakfast place in a busy location. Waitress was awesome and the food was delicious. No complaints, except for them being out of hot chocolate.

When I went here, the staff was nice and the inside was very welcoming. I got the half moon bay crepe, which was delicious. The smoked salmon was flavorful and tender, the spinach and capers tasted very fresh and complemented the dish. The crepe itself was seasoned well and was nice and flakey. I also tried the beer battered fries which were very good. They were crispy on the outside and fluffy on the inside, and they were seasoned very well. Overall, it was a great experience and somewhere I would come back to if I was in The area.

I visited Mavericks Creperie for the first time on Saturday morning for breakfast, as a recommendation from the folks at Seahorse Ranch, and it was FANTASTIC! I consider myself a breakfast connoisseur and it’s rare for a breakfast place to earn five (5) stars from me because I’m such a picky breakfast sycophant! As you can see from the pictures, Mavericks Creperie really does breakfast well. From the outside, Mavericks is unassuming because it sits in a strip mall. The restaurant is quaint with adequate seating. While I was there, I saw the restaurant accommodate parties as small as two (2) and as large as seven (7). Mavericks is a family run business and the customer service was fantastic. Everyone there was friendly, kind, and genuine in their desire to assist customers. Now, let’s get to the good stuff, the food. My absolute favorite dish was the original pancakes. They were so LIGHT, FLUFFY, and AIRY. These pancakes were thick and made with love. I also got the Baja Omelette with egg whites (which I substituted at no extra cost), and it was also amazing. My wife ordered the French toast with bacon and potatoes, which, you guessed it, was also fantastic. Mavericks is GENEROUS with their portions and it’s really worth the money. I can’t wait to go back!!!

Very good crepes and omelets. The food is fresh and well seasoned. The home style potatoes were delicious.

Will say that the Jamaican crepe was underwhelming (just roasted banana and couldn’t taste the caramel rum sauce at all).

Niche small local place! We tried the mini kids burgers and Nutella crepe… we loved it! I licked it off my fingers. We will be visiting again for brunch

We stopped here for breakfast for our drive up Highway 1. The restaurant was right off the highway for easy access. We ordered off the menu at the counter then found our seats. Food came relatively quick and we enjoyed our meals. The food was quality and the atmosphere was nice.

Awesome food and service. The jamaican crepe is excellent!! Delicous and healthy juice options! Suggestions were on point and the service was beyond excellent, we were checked on by atleast 5 people through out our meal.

So far I've tried several of their crepe dishes and they were delish. The service comes with a cheer and considering the crowd, it didn't take them too long to bring our orders out. The environment is clean, but definitely tight when full.
