Small space but lovely staff and aesthetics.

Stopped in Sunday morning per a recommendation from a friend and I’m happy I got to experience it for myself. The Turkish bagel flavor profile was new but it worked! Brown sugar molasses latte was delicious!

It’s a nice space to study it’s cozy & quiet. It is located downtown so parking is difficult, also because of the building desk the bathroom is located by key on the 4th floor. Other than that I really enjoyed my experience here and I will definitely be back to try the Turkish bagel with salmon!

Had an amazing experience here! I had a bacon, egg, and cheese sandwich with a 12oz black coffee ($15.01 total; $3.82 coffee + $11.19 sandwich), and it was a phenomenal breakfast. The atmosphere was great for work and study, and the customer service was a delight. It’s a bit pricier than other places, but I would certainly recommend at least one stop here while you’re in downtown Minneapolis!

Love the ambiance in this place. They offer an abundance of natural light as well as plenty of tasty drink options. Their pastries are fresh. Overall, it is a great place to relax or get work done. Unlike several other places downtown, it is not so crowded or as expensive. The soft music that they play is delightful. There are plenty of seating options four groups of all shapes and sizes, as well as accessible areas. Also lots of nearby parking options. Overall, I highly recommend and look forward to my next visit!

Love this find. Ambiance is full of light, warm and inviting. The Prosciutto and Basil Croissant with the Dukkah Latte was amazing this morning. The food was per recommendation of the staff after asking if I wanted substance/savory or sweet--I preferred the former. The croissant has a crisp spicy sweetness and savory Prosciutto with veggies. A well balanced sandwich with the mild sweetness, but not too sweet latte. Staff was super helpful and pleasant. I'm not downtown often, but I would definitely return.

Great coffee shop close to the Canopy Hilton in Minneapolis. They have a really nice selection of pastries, lots of indoor and outdoor seating, plus fantastic latte art! They also offer some unique latte flavors.

Such a cute place with great seating, coffee, and food. Their pastries are gorgeous (the pistachio croissant was recommended by multiple servers), the coffee delicious (I had a DELIGHTFUL latte with date syrup and spices), and their tartines are lovely (though a bit pricey). Definitely recommend checking this place out and supporting them! Looks like they have a great patio for when the weather gets warmer that I'm really looking forward to.

Had my first dukkah latte here, delicious! If you enjoyed a sweeter drink the brown sugar latte was also good. Really enjoyed the ambiance here, bright and airy.

One of the best lattes I’ve had in mpls. Worker was super kind and made sure we were satisfied with our drinks. my husband and I liked the spiced vanilla latte! We don’t like things too sweet but these were perfect

This coffee shop is inside a building with indoor and outdoor seating under cover. The latte choices are unique and the pastries are delicious and different.

I was so sad when Penny's closed but I am no longer sad. Cafe Ceres' coffee and pastries are even more delicious. (I didn't think that was possible). Their gluten free pineapple rosemary scone is excellent, not too sweet with a bit of savory. Staff is extremely welcoming and friendly. The space is still beautiful. Welcome to the neighborhood, Cafe Ceres!

Unique and very tasty! I can't speak to their coffee, but the tea is top-notch. Their croissants are lovely, too!

I had a fabulous latte with turmeric. Yummy. I didn't have a pastry but they looked delicious.

One of my favorite made Italian style espresso beverages and great pastries. Friendly service and beautiful location.

Wonderful spiced vanilla latte and banana tart! A great place to take a break and get some sun. I will be back!
