Been with cricket for awhile now. Jesse the manager at der Columbia heights is very knowledgeable very helpful always there when you need him and I just love going there sometimes every time I or every time I have a problem with my phone he's there to help he points out to save you money and that's right now is the most important thing.

I've gone here twice for phones and have received 5 star service each time. While there were issues with number porting, the issues were not created in store, yet the staff stayed with the problem, calling their headquarters and my old provider until i walked out with a new phone at half the price I had been paying. Each phone has been working great.

I recently switched from Tmobile to Cricket. It was not an easy process (due to Tmobile's horrible customer service) but Mickey stuck with it until all details were complete. That was multiple hours over several days! I am so grateful for his perseverance and attention to every detail with both my phone and tablet. HE ROCKS!!! Thanks Mickey!!

Went there to get end my service, but upgraded instead lol. Abe explained it in a technical matter the reasons i was getting slow LTE speeds and recommended a plan which gave me really fast speeds. I can't complain because now i can stream and watch youtube videos without lag and in HD.

I have seen Abe at the store for quite a while, but never was helped by him because he was busy with other customers. The trick is to ask for him so you can really figure out what is wrong with your phone. Never do reviews unless it's really really necessary :)
