Absolutely love coming to vape haven Thomasville location. Brian and Jordan are always a pleasure to see. They are always so helpful, kind, and a blast to visit. Without them I wouldn't have found my new favorite vape juice! I honestly look forward to coming to vape haven for them. Store is always clean, organized, stocked and chill. Not to mention any time I've said I'd like a vape juice they will get it for me in no time! One of the best stores around ❤

This is my go-to vape shop, always has been. The prices for the actual tanks and mods are too high, but the help is A+ quality and their juice selection and pricing is still the best.

Jordan was nothing but a class act, a scholar, and a gentleman! He took his time educating me on the wide variety of flavors, helping me not only finding the taste I was searching for, but also steering me towards what mod fitted my needs. He cares about customers being satisfied and that helped me in making a fine investment! Jordan made a positive impact on my vaping experience l!!!

I usually visit the Tennessee Street location but went to Old Water Oak Rd for specific products. The workers at both places are always super helpful and friendly. They take their time to make sure I find what I want and have everything I need. The stores are easy to navigate and the selection is very good. Kudos to the owner for finding a great staff. I like these stores best of all the vape shops I've visited in town.

Honestly the best vape shop you can hope to find. Super personable staff, awesome products at an affordable price that beats most stores I’ve gone to. The people here are always willing to work with you, teach you, and are all around super helpful even when you don’t know what you want. So glad I found this place! 10/10 recommend.

Awesome staff!! Great customer service, hugeee juice selection, lots of mods and kits ranging from pens, to starter kits, to high end mechanical mods. Prices on the juice are at a very good price, 10/10 stars if I could. The store is very clean. Vape Haven wont let you down. I seriously recommend going there whether your you’re trying to quit smoking cigarettes or looking to upgrade your device.

I really enjoy going to Vape Haven. Not only is the atmosphere welcoming, but the staff are like friends. Zack is always willing to explain new products and you are never rushed out the door. It's such a relief to have a reliable, well stocked, nice vape shop in the neighborhood. Highly recommend.

Hands down without a doubt the best Vape Shop not just in Tallahassee but the world! The juices are all amazing me and my husband have been going here and here only since it opened Zack and JD and the rest of the staff are the best in the business! Zack and JD always find the best items for us and if we need anything they don't have they go out of their way to find it for us.

I am absolutely FLOORED at how wonderful customer service here is. Zach and Chris were super knowledgeable about their product and gave me the most bang for my buck. I got stiffed on a product at another shop and Zach took the time to explain why the product I got wasn’t legit, as well as taking the time to correct the other shop’s mistake. Y’all have a customer for life man.

This vape store and it’s employees are BY FAR my favorite!! First and foremost, their customer service and knowledge on juice and hardware is out of this world!!! Secondly, they are the most friendly staff I have met in a vape store EVER. Third, they will go out of their way to make sure you have exactly what you are looking for, whether it be a certain juice, hardware, etc. My husband and I are pretty picky with our juice, and there have been times I have sat in there for 2 hours or more just trying to find one I like and never felt rushed or felt like I irritated any of them with indecisive ways lol!!! The owner is just as wonderful as the people he hired to run his store and I am so thankful for all of you!!! Special shoutout to Zack and Carson. Y’all are the bomb and we love y’all and thank you for everything you do!!! We love all of y’all, we’re just partial to the people we have connected with the most in our visits LOL!!! I am driving out-of-state and needed to stock up on some good disposable vapes for the road and stopped here as a new customer. The shop itself is very spacious and clean — nice atmosphere. I purchased a Hyde: Icon rechargeable (disposable) vape. Now, I’ve been in the vape, smoke, and glass industry for a few years, so I’ve seen shops that are as presentable as this one, with high prices. I’ve seen a lower-tier vape with 33% less puff count going for $30 at the other mentioned shop(s). At the time of the transaction today, I paid maybe $24 after tax. I was absolutely blown-away because I was expecting to pay perhaps $35-$40... definitely the first time a vape shop has surprised me with a great environment, good customer service, and low prices on high-quality products. I didn’t catch the manager/employee’s name, but he had a brownish-red beard and was very knowledgeable and pleasant. If I’m ever in Florida again, I’ll be sure to stop here! 5/5, customer for life 👍🏼👍🏼👍🏼

If your looking for a great place to go and/or you are new like me, check them out. Great people, incredibly knowledgeable and friendly. Answered any questions I had and made sure I was setup. I did have an issue with the new vape and they took care of me, making it painless. They even took the time to talk to my 76 year old mom, find out her smoking habits and get her setup with a vape that works for her. Definitely check them out.

While trying to waste time before my sisters graduation, I decided to stop by Vape Haven in Tallahassee, FL. I am so glad I decided to stop at this vape shop because my experience was exceptional!

I consider myself an amateur when it comes to vapes and I had a lot of questions walking into Vape Haven. Zack at Vape Haven was very patient and informative! He answered all of my questions and provided outstanding customer service. By the time I walked out of Vape Haven, I felt more comfortable and knowledgeable about vapes. Their prices were reasonable and they had a great variety of juices. When you visit Vape Haven, ask for Zack. You won’t regret it! 😊

Exactly what I've come to expect from a vape shop. They have a wide array of top notch products and a varied selection of juice. Employees are knowledgeable and friendly. I'm from out of town and always like to check out the local vape scene wherever I go. Of the stores I visited in Tallahasse, this was by far the best. The owner knows a lot about his business and how to run a dependable store. 12/10 would visit again!

The staff are awesome. Everyone knows they're stuff and are super helpful. Plus it's a nice hangout spot.
Edit: I forgot to mention the wide selection of mods, pod systems, rdas, tanks, and especially the high-end selection are all well priced.

The first impression of this store right as i walked in was the clean enviroment, experienced staff and an incredible variety of juices. Vape Haven is truly a place for a beginner trying to quit smoking or the experienced vaper that just wants consistent service. The owner is very knowledgeable and always make sure you leave with exactly what you want. You can come and go or you can utilize the the comfortable seating at the bar and couches. Overall a really great vape shop.

This place is AMAZING. Zack and his team ALWAYS go out of their way to take care of my sister and I. Even during this Pandemic with supplies so short, they do whatever they can to make us happy. Only shop I’ve ever been in that cares more about customer service and satisfaction than selling things. THANK YOU ALL!
