I'm a teacher, so I don't make a lot of money. I bought my old living room furniture from Badcock about 4 years ago and used their in store credit to help pay for it. We got a puppy last February and she has anxiety and chewed on my old furniture. Now that we are through this chewing phase, we need new living room furniture and my experience the last time was so great that I decided to look here again. The website was easy to use and checkout was a breeze, especially since I have the credit account available.
Edit: I received a call the next day to schedule the pickup. We picked it up on Labor Day and are now enjoying it. I am so very thrilled and, apparently so is my senior doggie. I haven't seen her sleep this well in awhile!

I absolutely love badcock I've been dealing with them for 12 years now everything I buy from them is excellent quality transactions are easy. I would recommend this company to anyone if you're looking for good quality items an easy transactions.

Jessica helped me understand how mattress fitting is a must and she help me stay in budget. She also help me with financing the rest. I'd recommend you do this if you also need credit repair or establishment or just want to be able to afford to live in this economy

We ordered our new couch on Black Friday and got 10% off plus our couch was on sale. Our couch came in yesterday. Fast shipment & wonderful customer service. Will definitely be buying from here again. Thank you Badcock for a great experience.

My whole experience with this BadCock has been wonderful The manager Nicole and Jessica were wonderful to work with, our delivery was simless and fast Luis and Donald did a great job. I recommend this BadCock to anyone looking for furniture.

I went for a refrigerator the one I wanted first was on backorder but Jessica checked for availability of another one and I purchased. She had great customer service.

Nicole was very patient, knowledgeable and easy to work with. I appreciate all of her help! They have a nice selection of furniture at the store. Would definitely recommend her store to anyone.

Eddie was very helpful and extremely nice. The store itself was very nice and clean. The other team members that work there we're extremely nice as well but I work with Eddie personally and he did a wonderful job. Most definitely will be back future purchases. Thank you

This has been my furniture store for the last 28 years I have made plenty of purchases and I'm always pleased with my team came in the store last Friday and Eddie was there wanted to replace my living room suite that I bought about 17 years ago from Badcock I knew I wanted the Pinevalley Sofa and chairs Eddie jump right in and gave me great customer service I'm always pleased with Nicole and the team at my Concord store including the delivery guys they do a great job sitting up anything I purchase and have been for years I've been with Badcock so long my Daughters have grew up.and became customers.I just want to say I've bought thousands of dollars of furniture and appliances Lawn care grills and all paid it all off came right back and bought again I see my self as a Badcock customer for ever by the way I live in Charlotte but my Favore store with my favorite people that I purchase from is the Harrisburg/Concord store and I don't see it Changing Thank you Eddie/Nicole and team your Customer always Janice Webb 🌝🏆 your the best!!

The staff was extra friendly and everyone was Very helpful no pushy salesperson. I had to wait a little longer than expected for my credit approval but they called as soon as they got the approval and had everything ready when I got back to the store. Then they apologized to me for have to come back to the store. Excellent staff.

Just wanted to take the time to share my wonderful experience at Badcock in concord. Everyone worked so well together and the place ran so smooth. The salesperson was Matt! I basically purchased all my furniture from this particular location .It is a magnificent place to shop for all the right pieces. I just can't keep myself out of this store I go back at least once every two weeks to purchase more .The furniture is always just what I need and the customer service is impeccable. I went in just two weeks ago to purchase a new recliner chair and I'm always greeted by this wonderful customer service guy mr. Caldwell. He always greets me with a smile and makes sure I get exactly what I need, With great patience in the timely manner.So if you're looking for exclusive pieces with wonderful understanding customer service this is definitely your place .Sometimes as a personal interior designer moving here from Miami I find it hard to sometimes find places in a small town to find just what I need but this is definitely one place that I would recommend.

Amazing service. We spoke with a man name TJ. He was very knowledgeable with all the items and the finance options. He did not try to over sell you, which I hate when people do that. I found a table that is to die for. Really nice pieces for a fraction of other place's cost.

Badcock is absolutely wonderful. Had a bedroom suite delivered yesterday. After the delivery guys set up everything and left, I noticed the nightstand drawer and 2 of the dresser drawers did not open and close right, called the store today and with no questions asked, they are bringing me out another nightstand and dresser next week. That is great service if you ask me.

Badcock really helps with the blue collar worker who cannot afford to right out but home furnishings and appliances. Very thankful for this place.

I enjoyed the new location and how spacious it is. Staff was super helpful, assisted me at the catalog and it was pretty fast to get it together. Will be returning after I complete the purchase💪💜

The prices are reasonable and are much cheaper than the other furniture places in the area. Our payments were always affordable and the quality of the items was great for the price. I recommend you look here before going to one of the rent-to-own places.
