I attended a private shopping event here at the Chattanooga location and it exceeded any expectations that I had prior to entering. The store was neat and absolutely adorable! The clothing was exactly my style (that being a young adult who wants to look slightly trendy but overall polished and classic ;) and the prices were unbeatable for the level of detail and quality of the pieces. The two lovely ladies that were working the event were super sweet and welcoming. I can't wait to find a good excuse to come back sooner rather than later!

Being a curvier woman it can be intimidating to shop for clothing that fits you especially when you’re in a boutique setting. Fabrik is not like any other one I’ve been in. They greet you enthusiastically and warmly immediately when you walk through the door. The associates give you space while you shop but always let you know they are there if you need anything. Each time I have visited, items have been pulled and put into a fitting room for me in regards to what I’m looking for, making the experience that much more intimate. Fabrik’s customer service is unmatched from beginning to end.

I found my new favorite boutique! I have never gotten so many compliments on one outfit before. Even strangers were asking me where I bought it. I like the uniqueness and the quality of the garments. The colors are so rich & eye-catching. The customer service alone was 5 stars! I'll be back!

I wish I could give Fabrik of Chattanooga 10 stars! It’s by far the best boutique to shop at in Chattanooga! With their almost everyday new arrivals to their top notch customer service, it is my very favorite place to shop! Not the mention the affordable prices and the amazing quality of the clothes are unmatched! I always get compliments on my outfits and items I buy from here from friends and complete strangers. I love Fabrik!! Every time I go in, Hannah, especially is so kind, bubbly and helpful. Sometimes when store stylers want to help you they can be overbearing and come across as just wanting to sell you something, but Hannah, shes truly excited about making you a stylish outfit YOU love. I’ll be a returning customer forever!

I loved my experience. I found a shirt online that I wanted and called the store to see if they were available and they reserved the shirts for me. I went in to pick up my items tried them on and she even advised of additional accessories to go with my shirt. I mentioned it was an outfit for my birthday dinner and she threw in a goodie bag! I will definitely be back!!

Took my daughter in for a graduation dress and they helped select dresses and jewelry for her to try on. Great sevice and attention to customers. Keep up the good work.

Very cool shop! In addition to the shop itself, it is opening a 'free' store for battered women in Chattanooga! Accepts any gently used clothing for the 'free' store.
