Today, on May 28th, I came in to swap out a PS5 controller with a stiff thumbstick issue. I was helped by a gentlemen who realized there was more to be done since there was an issue beyond their control. The female manager immediately got on the phone with customer service and did all she could to help, and she did. I walked out with my brand new replaced PS5 controller and a GameStop membership. Real MVPs!!

Great selection or products and staff is very helpful. Also have some good deals above and beyond what you would find at Amazon. Has a very robust toy and memorabilia section (like half of the store). I snagged a great deal on a Star Wars t-shirt for 7 dollars and a coffee mug for less. Great place for kids or adults.

We love this GameStop location. The staff, especially Stephanie (our fave), are exceptional and are willing to chat about Pokemon and games with us. It's unfortunate that generally there is only one person staffed when I'm there, but maybe that's common across all GameStops? IDK. We also browse the Funko section, figures, shirts, and whatever else catches our attention. We definitely recommend. It's across Rt.7 from the weird Target with the sometimes paid parking.

My experience was extremely gratifying. Justin was very professional, patient, and very helpful. He was quick on his feet to assist me and I was very impressed. He assisted me on my purchase and I am happy to report my great experience.

Better than the rest... By a lot!!! This is my home store and I'm glad that they told me. I went to the Fair Oaks location and I got service but it wasn't on the same level as this store. They were great, very helpful, and have me recommendations about games for my daughter of nine and myself. The store is much larger than the other location as well. I'll be going to this store from now on. Give them a try.

I went in there only once but the people there are much more friendly in there. Then the one in Springfield.

When I went to GameStop the staff was very helpful and she helped me pick out a couple of good games for my husband for his birthday. I hate the fact that I don't remember her name but she is black and has a nose ring. She was awesome.

Always able to take care of what I need. Super helpful and knowledgeable staff. Just went in with $300 worth of trade-ins near closing time and they were happy to help. Got a new PlayStation4 and Spider-Man on the spot.

Great place for shopping and gaming. You can find some old nostalgia there too. For the grown up kid and the regular kiddies too. From Call of Duty to Crash Bandicoot. Even The Sims games for mom. Enjoy.

Was able to get a PS5 in store. Staff has been great everytime I've gone.

Great people. Friendly but not overbearing. They seem to know what they're talking about. Prices are what you'd expect. And it's in a strip mall structure so there's plenty of parking.

This Game Stop has a very amazing staff but they should fix their air conditioning system because inside the store it is very hot and the workers are suffering from heat

I have bought almost 1000 games. I have bought 9 console. THIS only what I have got in my whole life which is 28 years and I bought half of the stuff from this GameStop which I believe is a perfect GameStop# best GameStop ever. and the other stuff is the that I have bought is from malls and Walmart

Love this location! Totally awesome nerds that know EVERYTHING about games. Super helpful, don't squabble about technicalities... just love this place.

Staff is great. Even when they're busy, they always have time to answer my questions and make suggestions.

Great tshirts and very spacious store . The store also has a lot of toys to buy for kids and very good video games that are on sale.
