Ella was great as she helped my daughter and I pick out the colors we needed/ wanted to revive our hair. We even got the bogo 50%off on the boxes of permanent color she found for us!

Had THE BEST experience shopping with my daughter at this location. The store manager was incredibly knowledgeable and made me feel at home in her store. She quickly identified products to suit our needs and referred me to a place for additional services/products. Will definitely return and recommend to others!

I've come here multiple times for hair dye products and have always felt very supported by the beauty advisors (which is an accurate title-- they know so much!!). One particular employee (Vanessa the manager, I'm guessing from other reviews?) was able to look at my hair and suggest a better bleach than the two I picked out and helped my partner find a hair product that was exactly what he needed. I'm always grateful when she's working because I know I won't feel lost and unsure of what to do. I definitely recommend this Sally's!!

Sally Beauty Supply has always been super useful in the past, and this location is no exception. I love it! They have a wide variety of products for all of your hair, nail, makeup, etc. needs. The staff are always very helpful, and don't mind answering any questions I have. On the few occasions that they didn't have what I needed they were more than happy to help me find an alternative. I will always highly recommend this place!

This is the best Sally’s in Tucson, and the only one I will shop at for two reasons in particular:
1. COVID19 SAFETY: proper social distancing and item handling protocols exceed CDC standards. Employees are required to wear masks, and customers are strongly encouraged to do the same. This is a very COVID conscious store, and I respect that A LOT.
2. KNOWLEDGEABLE STAFF: I have a purple Mohawk today, but tomorrow it might be white. Next week I might want blue with purple undertones done over my hair which I perpetually struggle with brassiness. My daughter, always enjoys trying interesting colors as well. It’s common to get all kinds of crazy advice that doesn’t seem to work right, but NEVER is that an issue when Vanessa is working. Vanessa’s knowledge and advice is always spot on, and what I need to have my crazy hair wishes happen, comes true with her advice without much damage either to my baby fine hair.

If you are willing to respect everyone’s space and a few simple rules while wearing a mask, this is the best Sally’s in town. They are also quite good about having what I need always in stock. Signed, Madonna - Loyal Customer for life!!!

They were very nice and helpful. I went looking for spray bottles. The stock was a bit low, but hey, everyone is having supply issues right now.

Love Sally's. Been coming here for years. This location is not a very friendly one. The lady behind the counter just seemed annoyed she had customers in the store . My friend and I won't be going here again.
