The UPS Store

Just had an incredibly nice trip to UPS, and felt compelled to leave a review. I was just dropping off an Amazon package for return, and upon taking the item out of its carrying bag realized my partner hadn't taped it up as required. I've had bad experiences at other UPS stores before in situations like this, mostly just eye rolls and rudeness, but once I was even required to purchase an entire marked-up roll of packing tape to seal something that needed less than 8" of tape. So, despite the very friendly welcome when I arrived, I was a bit trepidatious when I went to explain my situation.

Obviously I've already spoiled the suspense... But I was given absolutely wonderful service. Even more importantly, both ladies working there made me feel welcome and comfortable, and the nice lady with the short red hair that scanned in my package went above and beyond. She could tell I felt bad about the package not being ready, and made sure to let me know she is happy to help. She clearly has a great disposition and ability to work with the public, very underappreciated yet important skills.
The more online we all are and the more disconnected we all get despite everyone's constant ability to "connect", the more these small interactions matter, and workers like the ladies at UPS just now deserve our respect, and more importantly the respect and appreciation of the employers whose wealth they generate. That's why I took the time to write this oddly lengthy review... I hope the UPS store manager sees this review and realized what assets these ladies are.

Mitali was incredibly pleasant and helpful when trying to get an email label printed for a non-Amazon return. She spent at least 15 min with me and went “above and beyond to help me get my package out today”.

The employee working was very friendly and helpful with my Amazon returns and directing me to a location for something else I needed that they didn't carry.

We had sent a package that was supposed to be overnighted across the country to it's destination by 10:30 am the next day. Well, it was stuck in Kentucky due to the plane having mechanical issues and did not make it there. Went to the store manager to find out what happened and he got on the phone and chewed somebody out. Told them that his customer had paid for overnight and they better figure a way to get the package to its destination. We really appreciated that he took the time to even figure out the problem to get it resolved. It did make it the following day. He even called us personally to let us know that it had been delivered. He earned this 5 star review hands up!! :)

My husband and I purchased two framed pictures while on vacation in AZ. We used this store to ship them back home. The customer service at the store was excellent. The pictures were carefully packed and boxed. They arrived in perfect condition! Thank you for the great service. Highly recommend.

Employees were super helpful and quick to provide service. Vivek especially was very kind and went above and beyond to help me with what I needed! Would definitely recommend this store for any of your needs.

The ladies that were working when I came in with my package were so accommodating. They helped me figure out ways to re-pack and significantly get the cost down. They were patient and very understanding.
Thank you for caring and for taking the time to help me. It arrived today and everything was in great condition.

I've been using this place on and off for about 4 years now and have always had top-notch service. There's a super friendly couple that always goes out of their way to greet me and to get my orders handled quickly. Today, even though it was the busy holiday season, they were able to get a document notarized quickly with no hassle. Has to be one of the best UPS stores in the system. Thanks!

We purchased a new home back in February 2020 and we had been using another mailbox service before then. We planned on keeping the same service but that business decided to close down and we had to scramble to find another place that we felt we could trust. After looking at a lot of reviews online, we had settled on various UPS Store locations near the new house. This location won us over with the great price we were given and we took the plunge. We have had nothing but great service and have always enjoyed our experience at this store. Vivek and Vibha are wonderful owners and really care about their business. Adam is always extremely helpful and the atmosphere is very friendly. When I come in, I am greeted, they know who I am and they always make sure that any packages I have are given to me along with any mail that may not have fit into the mailbox. The store also has a service where they send me an email to let me know if packages have arrived, which has always been a great thing for us. I was really worried about changing to a new postal mailbox location and I have had no regrets about making the decision to bring my business there. The hours are very convenient, and I also have after hour access to my mailbox, which I did not have at the other service I used before. When the pandemic hit, they followed all guidelines and made sure that people felt safe when coming into the store. The place is clean and organized, well run, and just never fails to make things easy for me. I am extremely happy with the service we signed up for there and plan to use them for years to come!

I highly recommend this UPS Store location. This is not the closet store to me but it is worth the drive. Vivek, Koopi, and Adam helped me with an extra large scanning project (over 3,000 pages). Turn around was less than a day and the price was by far the best out of all the places I called for a quote. Five stars.

I recently had to move my Mom from Tucson out of state in a week. Folks at this store were enormously helpful. They helped me choose boxes, found the best rates for the 10 or so boxes I shipped, and were a joy to greet at the end of each day when I brought the day’s shipment. I also observed them working with different people over the week as I was in and out. They were always courteous and efficient. 10 out of 10!

Five star service!! Wonderful caring selfless owners. Care about you saving money !! I had a return they recommend a smaller box my return cost went down a whole 18 dollars magical savings!! She could of made money off of me but wanted to help me save money. Fantastic customer service!!! A great 200 percent satisfactory!!! I use this UPS store quite often and have always had a pleasant expierence each time. The staff has always gone above and beyond to help me get things notarized and stuff shipped out. I'd recommend this UPS Store to anyone who needs to get things mailed out!

I always receive wonderful service from the proprietors! Recently, they helped me ship18 boxes to Chicago. I was amazed by their service and the attention they paid to each box to make sure it arrived safely. They are extremely friendly and really know how to help their customers! I won’t go anywhere else in Tucson!

Vivek and Co. treated me extremely well. I had to ship a few things to Seattle including musical instruments, and they were very attentive and caring. They found ways to maximize the service they provided while making sure it remained affordable on my end.

Completely recommend going to this location for the customer care and service.

I highly recommend this location. I was there today and it was VERY busy with one employee only. She (I wish I had her name, # 105851 on the receipt) helped 2 and 3 people at a time with utmost efficiency and great courtesy. I gave her a special thanks and others joined in. She said sometimes people shouted at her, shame on them! Give her a raise, she's terrific.

I’ve gone in to this location several times to print things out and they have always been very friendly and helpful. When I needed to use the copier (wasn’t sure how) the man came over and did it for me to my specifications to help me. They do a very good job of helping everyone out and are always quick and efficient. I’ve never done anything with packages at this location, but their customer service is very quick and friendly.
