Party City

Even though the store was full of people, one of the workers found me and asked if I needed any help. And when I asked her to help me find something, she did. Is a few days before Halloween, so some of their stock is slim-pickin's, but they still had enough for me to be able to choose from. I am not a big Halloween person dash – but I will say that they had a large selection of costumes and accessories for anyone looking for that type of stuff.

I’ve been at this party city location 2 times in the past week and they have been outstanding with their customer service! I had balloons filled on time and another was an online pick up. I was also surprised to see that they have gift cards for other stores for purchase. I will definitely be shopping here again as they’ve updated the store and have so much to offer!

Friendly staff handled my balloon order on Christmas eve. They were polite and informative, and the balloons looked great!

This is by FAR my favorite Party City location in the metro area (and I've been to them all). This store is clean well organized and the customer service is awesome. Every time I go in here they are friendly and helpful. Have not had an issue with this store once in fact they have helped me to correct issues from other Party City stores in the area. In addition, their inventory is usually spot on so you are not wasting time when ordering items or visiting the store for specific items. I highly recommend this Party City location (I drive past my neighborhood Party City to come to this location) because the service is worth it!

Got what I needed here to decorate for a party of 75. Purchased balloons and helium for 32 balloons. Standing to wait for the balloons to be filled was a lengthy wait but not unreasonable for the task. I have back issues and it would have been better if I could have been seated as I waited.

Went for balloons and had no idea where to look, when he showed me the section, I didn’t know what was what size, however the staff was helpful and gave me insight that helped me to decide.
They were very busy on the day I went over, (Sunday) however they had the balloons I needed and then some. I will be back for my future balloon needs. I would recommend.

This is by far the best party city ive ever been too. The employees Nichole and Stephanie were the best. They took time with me and made me feel special even though they were helping the other customers. You can tell they work hard and love their job. Thank you for a great experience.

Great place, you can order balloons ahead of time and pick up the order to avoid the line. But if you need same day balloons the lines are not too long. Ppl very nice and helpful

Staff was busy but attentive to my 7 year old daughter that was helping me shop for decorations for a family friend's birthday party. Attention and bringing joy to children is a joy and reward in and of itself. The work can be hard and tedious, but know that you guys are bringing joy to so many that use your products and services that you often don't get to see. Bless and thank you all for what you do....

My First time ever coming to this Party City and I was very impressed. The other charlotte locations should be closed compared to this store. I was able to walk in and grabbed what I needed. The store is clean and the staff are super friendly. I will definitely return to this store.

I came to check pricing for my son birthday party next week, talk to a nice young lady who was helping with blowing up balloons, I must have been a bit of a pain because I stop her several times, but she was so nice and pointed me in the right direction in the store and online. I wish I got her name. Bought a balloon packed and will pick them up next Saturday, will also be there on Friday to get all party supplies. That nice young lady has me help me decide to buy from party city instead of buying the party supplies on Amazon. Thank you for your help.

The staff is extremely friendly and helpful! They seem to genuinely enjoy their jobs. Tyrone is a great employee who I believe should be promoted to manager if he isn't already! I've seen him for the past 2 years.. He made my gender reveal balloon, my son's first birthday balloons and my boyfriend's 30th!

The Northlake location sold us some poorly inflated balloons Saturday morning and by 5pm they wouldnt even stay suspended in the air. We informed Eleana of our situation at this location and she swiftly provided us with a solution. Thanks Eleana you were awesome!

Has all your football decorations needs in one place. It was cheaper than Amazon. Great Customer Service too.
