I’ve been shopping here for many years now, and I LOVE IT! It doesn’t matter if I’m wearing a piece from years ago or something I recently purchased I’m always receiving compliments! So many unique clothing options and on trend styles. All the girls who work here and the owner are extremely sweet. Definitely check them out if you get a chance!

Went to Adair for the first time yesterday. What a fantastic boutique! Really unique pieces, great prices And even caught a couple of pieces on sale! The sales associate was incredibly friendly and helpful. It’s probably a good thing I don’t live close by, this store could definitely be my newest addiction!

My favorite boutique! The girls are always super friendly when I go in. I love their clothes so much. Very cute and great quality. This boutique is in my hometown so I always make sure to stop by when I’m home, but I also make great use of their website 😉

I went to Adair yesterday. I've never been and just saw all the reviews. I had great customer service. I was greeted when I arrived. Was asked while looking around if I wanted them to start a dressing room. Which I did. Ended up purchasing several items. I think they have taken advise of other reviews. Give them a second shot.

My favorite boutique in the Charlotte area! They offer unique styles that I have never been able to find at other boutiques. Sydney & Kerry are very personable, and always willing to help with your styling needs!!

Went in with my wife fully expecting to trail her around the whole time pestering her to leave. Instead they gave me a free beer and I sat in silence on my phone while my wife proceeded to spend $200. 10/10 will be back.

Owned by a Charlotte local, this shop is all about making Charlotte and it’s customers! Every time I go in I am always asked if I need anything and make sure that I am attended too. They have the cutest clothes that are all very great quality! I love coming here!

Honestly the best boutique in the area! The owner and girls that work there are so nice and will help you find whatever you need! Cannot recommend enough!

Unique styles and helpful staff

First impression, cute clothing but no one offering to help, tho there were 3 employees in the store. I bought several pieces. Decided to return 1 of the pieces.. beware the return policy. 14 days. I tried to return a piece tags still on with receipt on the 15th day after purchase and they would not take it back or offer store credit. I don't think my business is important to them. I shop in many smaller boutiques and feel they need to work on their customer service.

Wish there was a minus star. I was spoken to but in a way that made me feel that I didn’t belong there then kept talking among themselves looking at me like why are you in here? I felt very uncomfortable. People need to learn customer service.

If there was a no star I would give a no star. We were not greeted at all. The store owner was texting on her phone and never acknowledged our presence. We would have definitely purchased a few items if we felt our business was appreciated.

Terrible customer service for a local business... reached out on IG and got no reply. The owner should work on training her employees and who she has running her store
