The UPS Store

Just dropped in to ship off a few Amazon returns. Was greeted with a friendly smile and a "How can I help you today?" from Anna. She had my returns processed and I was out the door in under 2 minutes. Great service!

Christopher did a great job handling my guitar. It went out, and came back to me, in one piece. All of the staff members greeted me when I walked in and even asked questions to make conversation. Lots of new faces so things seem to be picking up. Good experience!

This is a very busy store and the employees always take care of me. There are reviews of people saying the employees are rude but maybe y’all are just sensitive? I hope everyone is able to show some grace to these employees who show up and take care of our packages for us.

I went in today around 11am to make an Amazon return. I was greeted as soon as I entered and every employee was extremely friendly. The return process was quick and painless. Thanks!

The BEST UPS store is in Bellevue! Always kind, efficient, courteous, the staff knows what they are doing and you are in and out knowing your package has been taken care of.

Excellent customer service, efficient prompt and helpful. Wish I got the young man's name, went on 1/17 around 3:30 pm. Young man saw me coming in the door with heavy package and jumped up to help. Very nice.

When I lived in Florida I always went to the UPS store because of the wonderful quality of service. I had originally went into the post office here in TN today to send off a package, not being familiar with the UPS stores in the area. After a few minutes at the post office of not knowing what I needed to send my package and hearing how miserable the worker sounded and how not friendly they were being to the customers ahead of me I said screw it and went to the UPS store. I believe it was Josh that helped me out. He was incredibly friendly and helpful. The ease of getting my dad's birthday present sent off quickly turned my morning around. I appreciate the way you all do business!

The staff in this store are amazing. Every time i come they help me so much with my packages and returns. They make it easy and fast. Today, Alexander helped me. He made it quick and easy.

Any time I go into this store, they all greet me in a friendly, warm way. I always feel welcome. If I need help with anything, they are very supportive. Kynda has helped me several times, and she is always smiling and professional. They are a good group!

Love Love Love the new employees at this center. They are all so friendly, and helpful. I am in this store a few times weekly due to my amazon addiction. Tami told me about all the services they offer, I had no idea. I also received 2 free can koozies just in time for my camping trip. Keep up the good work guys you definitely deserve more than 5 stars.

The employees always go above and beyond! Yesterday, store manager Chris and associate Alex were lifesavers with a very large delivery order! I recently had surgery and they made sure that I didn’t do the heavy lifting!

Had to send back defective company property. Without specifics, they did an excellent job. Wonderful customer service! This was my first time doing business with that location and I will definitely use them in the future.

Review for The UPS Store #2529 on highway 70 S in Bellevue.

I have owned a business in Bellevue since 1979 and have used this store location literally hundreds of times each year for the last 16 years when UPS bought out MAIL BOXES ETC. I HAVE RECEIVED ABSOLUTELY OUTSTANDING SERVICE! There is no business on the planet that is 100% perfect, nor can they keep every single person and business 100% happy…because businesses are not perfect and…people are not perfect. I will never change back to the USPS. This location of the UPS Store has provided my business stellar service 99.9% of every time I have walked through the door-six days per week…and I do always expect the best service and they deliver it!
Here is the difference me and the general public…my life and business are “all about my customers 24x7”. My life is never about me…as I am not important, but other people are important…whereas the general public is all wrapped-up in themselves! I try to live by the following simple statement…”forgiveness is the scent that a flower gives off when it is stepped on” The lesson to be learned here is also simple…. forgive others when they err or make a mistake. Why!...because they are not perfect…sometimes all businesses have employees who leave and new hires that have to be trained and this is often when issues of service arise…it is also the time when we the public” needs to show compassion, love and patience to help our fellowman or business owner when these situations occur.
It is always a good time in daily life to…”love thy neighbor as thyself! Amen.

There are many UPS locations throughout Davidson County, but I will go out of my way to do biz with the HWY 70S location! The team is knowledgable, friendly & work hard during busy seasons to ensure my projects are done in a timely manner. They also do a great job setting expectations of project completions & prices!

Jordan and Josh were great! They were super busy and handled every single customer with great respect and were extremely efficient at the same time! Even with their boss on the phone! They deserve a raise, Mr. Bossman!

Kathrine was very friendly and professional. Instead of getting frustrated with me and my tricky Amazon return situation she helped me find a solution. Great customer service.

This store in Bellevue is clean, attractive, and speedy. The women and men who work here are very capable--especially Dylan, who is efficient, knowledgeable, and courteous.
