Sales Manager Randy took excellent care of me after driving out to the only store within 50 miles that had a desk in stock, only to find out their inventory was wrong and they didn’t have it.

Would highly recommend this store for their focus on customer service and satisfaction. I would make the trip out here again for that reason alone.

Awesome Printing shop project. It was easy to upload my construction drawings and work plans to be printed. Everything came out just right, some single and other's were double sided, options for 3-hole punch, and stapling.

The store manager, Randy, was very helpful and supported the customers needs. He was very generous and professional, representing the friendly Roseville.

I always receive excellent service, especially most recently from the tech department. Randy and Reo are not only knowledgeable, but helpful, available, and considerate. They both go the extra mile. Thank you, Randy, & Reo, for being a great asset to Office Depot.

This Office Depot had great staff and just about everything I was shopping for.

The man at the counter was polite and very helpful. A very vice experience since customer service no longer applies at most places. Keep him and give him a raise.

Was looking for regular tacks and having a difficult time until I entered the Office Depot on Douglas in Roseville. Staff was quick to direct me to the tacks and we had a good laugh about the lack of tacks in the world.

Fantastic experience every time I come. The staff at the print center is courteous, knowledgeable, and always willing to help. Turnaround times on larger projects is generally reasonable, and easy stuff they can usually handle while you wait. 10/10

The Roseville, California store (Douglas Blvd) has excellent staff who were extremely helpful in finding 'the right product' for me and my specific needs! John and Dan on that day provided excellent customer service, as well as, others when I came in several times before. I appreciate the honesty and professional attitude of the store's staff. A credit to its management leadership and the store's core values!

The staff at the Douglas Office Depot store are absolutely the most helpful and knowledgeable! I had an issue with one of the inks for the printer I purchased and they were able to think outside of the box and solve my problem! Thank you very much

All employees seem to actually like their jobs. Everyone was very helpful and checked in on me a few times. What I needed wasn’t in stock so my cashier made me my own combo deal so I didn’t over pay for what was missing. Very generous and so appreciated.

Matt helped us today, and I honestly cannot express just how wonderful he was! First of all, I interrupted him while he was stocking (he was in the middle of unloading boxes) instead of the normal reaction I get from staff in situations like this which is a big ol sigh and rolling of eyes he dropped everything and was so kind and helpful. I told him I was unsure if they had what I was looking for, because we didn't see it on the floor, but the website said they had them in stock. He let me know he wasn't sure that location even carried that item as it didn't look familiar. Any other customer service rep would have just looked at my phone and said "sorry, we don't carry that one" NOT Matt! He went in the back and searched for me. He found one that had been an online return! "I knew we didn't carry this one, but you're in luck! I found this returned one for you! Not only did he go above and beyond and all with a huge smile on his face but he even threw on an extra little discount for us! I was absolutely amazed by this man. When I told him he'd be getting a wonderful review from me he told me it would be much appreciated because he was expecting backlash from a customer who threw a giant fit because he had to take his break before checking her out.(one of the other associates was available, so she was checked out in a timely matter but was apparently irate that this poor man needed to take his break. He was already passed the legal requirement of two hours by a whole half hour, so he literally HAD to take his break. I honestly can't imagine how someone would have a bad thing to ever say about this man's job performance. So, Office Depot, ignore that Karen's complaints and give that man a much deserved raise! He even wheeled the chair out to our car for us! 11/10 customer service! I WILL definitely return to this store which isn't even in my neighborhood just because of Matt!!!

Chris was very prompt & helpful in interrupting stocking shelves, identifying the office chair that was missing the tag, pricing it, determining the store availability and getting up to the counter and out to the car. Check out Manager was great as well. Very courteous and helpful

A great experience shopping at this Office Depot. Merchandise were organized making the shopping experience extremely smooth and the customer service was phenomenal!!! I usually don’t do reviews but had to leave one for such a great team. Don’t forget to give everyone including loved ones “their roses” when earned. Great job guys thanks again!!! I will be coming back!!!

I wanted a special clipboard with a real strong spring on it. The associate took me to the clipboard area and he showed me the choices. One of them seemed perfect for my needs and I purchased it. I took it to work and it was really nice for my situation. I will have to do a little modification on the bottom, like soft rubber feet, as the aluminum case has to potential to scratch the surfaces of the car hoods I lay the clipboard on while gathering data off the car. I work at Carvana used car internet sales and I keep track of the inventory. The actual clipboard was really nice with a strong spring to hold my papers plus special dividers for me to write on. The very first night I used it I misplaced it but my boss helped me locate it. Thank the Lord.

I have not been to an Office Depot in over 5 years. That visit to the Roseville Store was outstanding. Awesome service and supper helpful staff. The selection in office or School supplies is awesome. I would recommend checking the place out. You will be happy with selection on hand.

If you need to find some thing, like a printer, make sure you see Reo! I just bought a printer today and he was the most helpful sales person I’ve ever had!
