Phenomenal customer service! The manager Jas was such a pleasure to work with. She is professional, thorough, detail oriented and helped me upgrade my plan, and resolved all my questions and concerns. I really appreciate her being so transparent and clear with the new fees, credits, and plan nuances. If you need any help, I highly recommend going to this store!

I had to resolve a stubborn billing and access issue with my Verizon internet service that occurred after I discontinued my Verizon cellphone contract. I came to the Verizon store on Cottle and asked for help. Instead of the usual response of being given an 800 number to call, the sales lady called Verizon, connected to several different departments and solved the issue completely on the spot. I was very happy. If you purchase either hardware or a contract at this location you will get outstanding after sales support. That was my good experience.

We worked with Jonathan and Leslie on separate occasions. Leslie worked with me to help get a business line transfered over (which is a huge pain but she sat on the phone with corporate with me). We also had previously worked with Jonathan when we upgraded some other phones. We never got a hard sell from either of them. What we got was great advice and a lot of patience. Any poor experiences were related to typical phone company bureaucracy and these two helped offset that with their helpfulness.

Jasmine was extremely helpful with getting the right stuff and needed. She was also very friendly and did everything with a smile. Made my experience fun, so good job to her and that store.

The service was great, it was closing time and the employee that helped me out was kind enough to assist me. And complete the sale. I definitely like that this Verizon is close to my home.

I can not say enough about how well my appointment went yesterday at this Verizon location. My wife and I had a horrible experience with a different location a couple of weeks back, so we decided to call this location on Cottle Road. A young man named Austin helped us on the phone and we set up an appointment with him to help with our plan. Austin was such a huge help. He helped us save money on our monthly bill and made the process of getting and setting up our new phones such a breeze!

We will be reaching out to Austin with any of our future cellular needs and will also be referring our friends and family to him.

Keep up the outstanding work.

Verizon has truly found an incredible asset to represent them at this location through the manager Jas. I was uncertain about becoming a customer, but Jas extended an unforgettable customer service experience that I decided to purchase a plan and sign up for the wireless internet. Jas was also enjoyable and accommodating to work with, and she explained the fees and process in a manner that did not make me feel like I was being taken advantage of. In addition, she had a positive and professional attitude and was attentive to my needs. I don’t usually write reviews, but Jas deserves to be recognized. I highly recommend you stop by this store. We came in looking for some help with WiFi in our RV when we are camping in the boondocks. The young lady that helped us was RAD! She set us up with “the cube” wireless WIFi. She took the time to set it up in store for us. Today I’m writing this review CAMPING in an area where there is NO CELL SERVICE while connected to our WiFi cube. We are so pleased with our service. Sales manager Jasmin is super awesome and a pleasure to work with because of her superior customer service. Jasmine truly went over and beyond to assist me and spent so much time making sure everything was going right. Her commitment to customer satisfaction is something I haven’t experienced in quit some time. Jasmin followed up with me a week later and continued to provide great customer service free that. Coming in to verizion I was not expecting to get the latest IPhone 14pro max and home entertainment but I’m glad I did thank you again Jasmine for such wonderful customer service I will continue to ask for you when I am back in the store.

After dealing with verizons dial up customer support and receiving little to no help diagnosing a faulty sim card, I decided to go in this store and was instantly welcomed by seth who instantly started solving all my problems. The situation was tricky so it took a little time but seth is very personable and made the situation so much easier to handle. I cant thank seth and the rest of the staff here enough for taking away my headache of the day !!!

I couldn't make phone calls on friday 4/14. I talked w/ several reps chatting and after 3 hours nothing was resolved. They said they would open a ticket but I found out the next day that they closed the tix and nothing was done for me. On Sunday 4/16 I went into the Verizon store (Cottle road, San Jose) and sale agent "E" tried to help fix my phone for me. He spent 3 hours and even stayed past the time he was supposed to leave. He tried multiple SIM cards talking w/ an agent for me for 3 hours. Not once did he get mad or show frustration. I was surprised bc most people after only probably 15-30 minutes would have just written another ticket and told me to go home. But "E went above & beyond what was necessary. I felt really bad b/c he couldn't make any sales (by helping others) bc he was tied up trying to just help me fix my phone (which does not make any commission). He was so nice, extremely patient, thorough and hard working. We were ready to leave Verizon out of the frustration of my phone not working, but b/c of "E's" hard working attitude and actually trying to help us, we decided to stay and wait. The rep. said they would try to activate my phone again through another line since my line was corrupted. I finally got my phone line back today but ONLY b/c E gave me another SIM card (backup plan) and the phone rep. today said that if I did not have the other SIM card that E gave me then they wouldn't have been able to reactivate my phone again (since the initial activation w/ the other SIM card failed). THANK YOU SO MUCH "E" for your amazing customer service. Verizon is so lucky to have hard working sales people like you who are actually putting CUSTOMER SERVICE first to retain customer loyalty. I hope your manager can give you a bonus or reward for spending 3 hours trying to help me. If you are looking for an helpful and honest sales agent, ask for "E" !! THANK YOU AGAIN~!!!

Jas is the literally the BEST. She is incredibly helpful, friendly and is the reason why I will be coming back to this store. She was so patient, explain everything so thoroughly and honest to God deserves a raise. I am so deeply appreciative and so glad she was here to support us through buying a new phone and transfer. She was detail orientated and was just so wonderful to be around. Most salespeople tend to rush customers and I didn’t not feel that way AT ALL with jas. I 100000% recommend any customer to work with Jas. She knows her stuff and was actively assisting her staff effectively too when we were waiting for our phones to transfer. Thank you so much for a great Verizon experience! Will be recommending people to work with you!

I had a wonderful experience at this establishment. I originally planned on purchasing a I phone 12 online and performing the set up myself. I'm glad I came to this location because not only would I have screwed it up myself, I was also happy to have been helped by Bryce. Bryce was professional and even spent about 30 minutes setting up my phone and transferring all the data. Not once did I feel he was rushing or just another number coming into the store. Bryce took the time to understand my needs as a customer and made appropriate recommendations. Will come back next time for sure! You don't get this level of customer service everywhere.

We were greeted right away when we walked in. Jasmin helped us, she was so awesome. We told her what we were looking for so she looked at our account and gave us a few different options. She went out of her way and typed it all out so it was simple to follow to see what we could upgrade, what my monthly payment would be and my out of pocket cost. She was so patient with helping us recover a lost password to complete the upgrade. It took a while but she was determined to fix it for us. We were very satisfied with her excellent service.
