My oldest daughter alway dream that one day she can visit Ireland, so I took her to visit this store and she feel in love with a lot of thing but of course I couldn't buy her everything.

Small cute place very interesting to know about the history of ourselves. Love Celtic music and hope to visit Ireland one day soon.

Jessica went above and beyond to make our wedding so very special. She helped the groom and all his groomsmen look spectacular, even researching the family name to help find the correct tartans. We could never thank her enough.

Found this little gem while walking around the shops in Gatlinburg over the summer. We were able to find interesting items with our family crest as well as a t-shirt for my son to proclaim his love of his Irish heritage. My daughter found an adorable mirror that she really wanted, but the clasp on it was broken so it didn't lock closed. Unfortunately, they didn't have any others in that particular color. The sales person tried to fix it as best she could. As a surprise to her, the sales person (Jess) wrapped it up in a box with a note telling my daughter that she knew she would love the mirror more than the trash can would so she wanted her to have it (otherwise it would have been pitched as a damaged item). My daughter was so moved and excited. We appreciated the way Jess made her feel special and brightened her mood after being so disappointed. AMAZING customer service!!

It's TINY inside but worth the wait to move around the store. Lots of trinkets and surname items. I love that they had treats from the UK as well.

This shop is amazing. Found this shop right by my condo I was renting. Jessica was amazing and helped me and my wife so much. They have a great selection and a lot of knowledge on family names. You have to stop in and check the place out for yourself.

Great experience! Fantastic customer service. Jessica was full off energy and extremely helpful. I cant come to Gatlinburg without visiting this wonderful shop. Super unique items, including Connemara stones, one of the world's rarest marble, found mostly on the island's west coast. Jackpot!

Super cute little shop! Lots of things for anyone with Irish or Scottish heritage as well as little gifts for people who just like Irish and Scottish things!

We visited the shop hoping to find some information about our heritage. Matt was super helpful. I even asked for some Irish chocolate and they had that, too.
Matt made us feel important as a customer. He seemed to do that with all the people in the store.
I will visit again if I need some Scottish/Irish items.

I see some reviews about service so let me just state that I was a little to excited to noticed if they greeted me or not. I was disappointed that they were out of most of their Clan Campbell items but I blame my cousins more then them because of how large our clan is, 2 counties over is Campbell County for a reason ;)

They had a good selection and I was able to score some nice things. I may have went a little overboard and bought more than the wife expected. Even got a shirt in 3x which I normally never find. Im 6'7 so a 3x tall would have fit better but I loved it anyway. While checking out they male and a female who had been painting something were pleasant. All in all...i want to go back asap and get some more things. See you soon!

I have been to both Scotland and Ireland. The prices in this store are very reasonable and the workers are very knowledgeable. Clothing and food are priced about or below what you would pay in both countries. I always shop here when in Gatlinburg and now I'll be doing my shopping online with them.

Great store with many nice gifts for family and friends, as well as jewelry for myself. We really enjoyed meeting the owner's daughter in law who helped us with our shopping.

I adore this little shop in the heart of Gatlinburg. While it is small, they manage to cram quite a bit of goodies in there. I like the decals and rings. I’m always on the lookout for a new ring, bumper sticker or uniquely Irish item. Prices are a wee high, but overall not too bad for a touristy shop.
The location is the best though. You walk through this little cobblestone shopping village and the Celtic Cottage is nestled in the back. Give it a look.

Definitely the place to go for Scottish and Irish stuff. Grabbed my family crest keychain and a bumper sticker. But they have lots of stuff and great t shirts

If we could give Jessica and the shop more than a 5 star, we would!! We bought a tee shirt that ended up being too small. Called up the shop, explained what happened, sent back the shirt, and it was exchanged in less than a week. That IS customer service at its best!
This Celtic Heritage shop is located in the little village off the main drag, 634 Parkway, #26, Gatlinburg.it has everything you could ever want !

My family has been coming to this shop for YEARS and it has become a staple anytime we visit Gatlinburg! My new husband and I just stopped in on our honeymoon and were not disappointed! Recently, a new shop has opened nearby called "The Celtic Shop", however, it is not THE Celtic Shop to visit. Celtic Heritage is the original shop for all your Celtic memorabilia needs and the staff is super knowledgeable and friendly. Please do yourself a favor and go check them out the next time you're in the area!
