My hubs and I came in the last 30 mins before closing to get him shoes. We ended up both getting a pair of shoes and insoles because the person who was working was amazing. Loved having our feet scanned in so we knew what shoe and insole were gonna work best for us. We ended up spending an extra 2 - 300 due to the sales person being outstanding.

My experience there was awesome!! Everyone there was very knowledgeable about orthotics. I was interested in a certain boot, and was guided into a different boot that accommodates my lifestyle better. They have some really cool equipment that measures your foot, and your arch, then prescribes an insole that works best for your footprint. This is my second day wearing my new APEX boots, and they are a life changer. My back feels noticeably better.
Definitely recommend going in there, and speaking to an expert. They even took turns entertaining my toddler as I was getting measured and fitted.
All in all, great experience! I will definitely be back! Also, spend the extra money on the better insoles… they are well worth the extra cash.

Went in Red Wing Boot in Gresham by the Walgreens. First I wanted to say I’ve never been or bought anything from redwing boots, after I walk in the girl there welcomed me and help in the the sizing procedure and help me finding the good pair of shoes and insole.

Definitely would come up there again

My salesman met me as I walked through the door and asked how he could help. He explained how the fit system worked and helped me get some measurements. He asked what I was looking for and what I wanted to do with the boots and made several suggestions. After picking out the size and model, salesman fit the custom inserts to help the boot fit better. I had spoken with manager on the phone the day before as I had to drive 2 1/2 hours to get to the store and I wanted to check their inventory. The sales experience was what all sales experiences should be. Most stores are help yourself and this was pleasant and helpful

Great service, best work boots I've ever had. I've been bringing the boots back once a month to be cleaned and oiled, the staff is always super nice. I had a question about purchasing some specialty boots and Andrew was kind enough to look up the item number and advise me on how to get them.

New location is excellent and easy to get to staff was great dropped one pair of 877's off for some new soles and picked up a new daily pair. Redwings and flip flops is the only way to go😅

I needed to send a special pair of boots to a facility and these guys knew exactly what to do. They promptly returned my call when my order had arrived at their store and they shipped the pair of boots for me at no extra cost. I would recommend this store for anyone that has a someone in a facility.

Que is the best. He is so insightful, he got me set up with a great pair of boots. I only go here for my boots. Usually last six+ months for me. Honestly I could go anywhere else to get the same boots but Que is the beat! Amazing costumer service!

Usually, shopping for a pair of boots is a hassle. The red wing team had me set up in less than 15 minutes. Definitely recommend!

I had an amazing experience with Omar at this store. He helped me over the phone and ensured I would get the shoes needed for my work. He was very polite and very prompt listening well to what I wanted and what I didn't, he really understood and listens with the intent to understand not just to respond. It was a true pleasure working with him so when I came into the store it was no surprise that when I met him in person he was the same a very kind considerate and helpful employee. 7 of 5 Stars I have not met such a good customer service agent in over a decade in any industry.

I went into the store with a few questions and it turned into a great conversation about boots and stories about our boots. Omar, the store representative, was knowledgeable and helpful about any and all boots. I left with a pair of iron rangers on Christmas day. He sized me right with these and I left content. I would recommend visiting this store when Omar is in.

I found the staff very helpful. One of my tests for a great place to shop is if they refer you to other places and brands if they do not have what your looking for in house. The staff did this and we had a long talk about construction and the various advantages and disadvantages of various boots.
They also had someone come in and look for steel toed boots an area that I have personal experience with and they were spot on with their advice to another customer.
I asked if they had a certain pair of boots I was interested in and while they didn't have them in stock they showed me a pair of shoes on a similar last (the term for the form a boot is made around) and offered to have the boot shipped in. A hidden gem of a store

stitching started coming undone and so I called them up they told me it's be 4 weeks to repair them at most and then the girl looked up my purchase date and even though my warranty was past the expiration date she ordered me a new pair that I'll be able to pick up in little over a week. At no cost to me. Can't get customer service like that anywhere else. Two very grateful and enthusiastic thumbs up to Stephanie!

Very nice and knowledgable. I told them that I had a pair of red wing boots at home that were coming apart, and let me know immediately that they will fix it for free.

I recently got a pair of steel toe work shoes that felt nice at the store, but when I started using them for a day, they started bugging me and I went back to try and get them exchanged or returned. The store associates were patient with me and my indecisiveness and I found a pair that worked perfectly. They even waived the $5 extra to exchange.

They even gave me a $10 discount for being in a Union! I will definitely go back! :)

This is a small store. But Red Wing is a great brand and there prices are very reasonable for the quality. My work boots I bought last time have lasted for 3 years. They can be resoled and last for another 3 years. Not to mention free laces.
