Walgreens

I went to pickup the photos I’ve had developed but, one of the staff members couldn’t find it so he had to re-print them for me. It was totally fine with me, since I was also wanting to walk around the store.
Just wanted to give a shout out to Jake for helping me get my photos reprinted. He was absolutely polite (same with the other staff member that was there). I went in at around 7pm and it was busy, but both were able to scan the customers in a timely manner

Good store location, I always enjoy going here. I don’t get my prescriptions here though, so I can’t say anything about their pharmacy.

Kevin just gave me my vaccine & was very gentle. It was so easy! I was nervous and he made me very comfortable. I appreciate how organized Walgreens is and how easy it was to call and book my shot. I feel silly for being nervous because it was extremely quick and easy!

Rarely do ratings for places like this but the bad reviews are crazy to me because everyone here is always so friendly. Greet you when you walk in and say goodbye even if you aren't checking out. The Pharmacy is the best though. I won't even go to a Walgreens on the east coast because the pharmacies consistently make me feel unwelcome but the pharmacists and techs here are so warm, helpful, and kind! Blown away by them and grateful to come here when I visit to see my lady

The Fairview pharmacy personal have been courteous, friendly and professional when calling and scheduling for both covid-19 shots. Also helpful and informative for other Rx questions and needs.

The gentleman at the photo booth is AWESOME! He will make you laugh and is super fast at getting things done. Thanks for making us smile Gordon!

This pharmacy has the best customer service I’ve ever had at a pharmacy. Quick, friendly, and really organized.

Lots of new staff there slowing down the lines with long wait times for other customers, they had an issue with their computers and it took them 10-15 minutes to fix the issue when I had only one item. luckily I am very patient and I didn’t mind. At least there was another employee at the photo section who had their system working who offered to help other customers to have less people waiting in the line which helped for other customers

Just like every Walgreen's, the pharmacy staff is overworked. Unlike many other Walgreen's, they maintain a great attitude. They also give accurate wait times. I would rather have them tell me it will be an hour and have it actually be done.
